ABSTRAK

Embung adalah sebutan lain untuk bendungan kecil. Bendungan kecil adalah bendungan yang tidak memenuhi syarat syarat sebagai bendungan besar. Embung sendiri berfungsi sebagai sarana penampungan bak air. Lokasi Embung Jatitamban terletak di Kecamatan Wringin Kabupaten Bondowoso Desa Jatitamban dengan luasan DAS 6354 km2. Desa Jatitamban dan sekitar merupakan desa yang belum menikmati air baku yang layak minum. Embung Jatitamban adalah embung yang menggunakan sistem tadah hujan sehingga saat musim hujan menerima air hujan dan dapat digunakan saat musim kemarau untuk kepentingan air baku penduduk setempat. Dalam hal ini pembahasan meliputi analisa hidrologi perhitungan kebutuhan air baku penduduk perencanaan kapasitas tampungan efektif Embung perencanaan teknis tubuh Embung perhitungan stabilitas tubuh Embung analisa hidraulis pelimpah dan stabilitasnya. Dengan pembuatan Embung Jatitamban ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kepentingan kebutuhan air baku bagi penduduk di dusun sekitar sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat setempat. Dalam perhitungan yang dilakukan didapat proyeksi jumlah penduduk pada tahun 2044 sebanyak 43063 orang dengan kebutuhan air per orang 100 ltoranghari kapasitas tampungan sebesar 1.640.694938 m3 curah hujan rencana periode ulang 25 tahun 213981 mm debit rencana periode ulang tahun sebesar 22244 m3dt mercu spillway nenggunakan mercu Ogee Tipe I dengan elevasi pada 419.70 dan elevasi muka air banjir pada 420.416. Tubuh bendungan menggunakan urugan tanah dengan kemiringan hulu dan hilir tubuh bendungan adalah 12 elevasi puncak berada pada 423.00 dan elevasi dasar berada pada 414.00. Tinggi jagaan tubuh bendungan dipakai sebesar 150 meter. Tubuh bendungan dan spillway dinyatakan aman terhadap gaya gaya yang terjadi. Sedangkan saluran pengambilan menggunakan pipa HDPE diameter 020 m yang selanjutnya ditampung di bak penampungan air.


ABSTRACT

Embung is another name for little reservoir. Little reservoir is reservoir that is not eliglible as big reservoir. Embung itself is function as mean of a water bath reservoirs.Embung Jatitamban located in sub district Wringin Jatitamban regency village with an area of 6354 km2 watershed. Jatitamban village and around the village who do not enjoy edible raw water. Embung Jatitamban are embung which uses rainfed systems so during rainy season its receiving rain water and can be used during dry season for benefit of local residents. In this case the discussion includes hydrology analysis calculation of raw water needs for residents planning effective capacity of embung technical planning stability structure of embung hydraulic analysis of spillway and its stability. With Jatitamban embung manufacture is expected to fulfill the needs of raw water for residents in the surrounding hamlets so as to improve the lives of local people. In the calculation performed its obtained population projections in 2044 as many as 43063 people needs of raw water per person 100 literspersonday reservoir capacity amount 1.640.694938 m3 rainfall return period of 25 years is 213981 mm the discharge plan year return period amount 22244 m3sec lighthouse spillway use Ogee Type I with elevation at 419.70 and flood water surface elevation at 420.416. Body dam using soil heap with upstream and downstream slope of dam body is 12 peak elevation at 423.00 dan base elevation at 414.00. Surveillance body height of 150 meter dam used. Body dam and spillway declared safe for style that occurs. While the intake duct uses HDPE pipe with 020 m diameter which then housed in water tank.
