ABSTRAK

Industri migas secara global mengalami perkembangan pesat seiring dengan bertambahnya permintaan pasar. Di Indonesia eksplorasi gas juga dilakukan di banyak perairan misalnya di Laut Jawa. Dalam proses eksplorasi gas didukung oleh berbagai infrastruktur salah satunya adalah Floating Storage Offioading FSO. Pembangunan FSO akhir-akhir ini didominasi oleh proses konversi dari trading tanker. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kebutuhan akan biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk pengadaan FSO akan lebih besar jika membangun bangunan baru. Dalam melakukan proses konversi ada 3 tiga komponen yang harus diperhatikan. Komponen yang pertama adalah kajian mengenai Indonesian water yang di dalamnya berisi mengenai kondisi lingkungan di Indonesia dan owner requirement. Nilai fatigue life sangat dipengaruhi oleh environment load dimana dalam hal ini significant wave sangat diperhatikan. Laut Jawa memiliki gelombang 100 tahunan 4.6 m Selat Madura 6.2 m Perairan Bali 3.4 dan Kepulauan Seribu 3 m. Komponen yang kedua adalah kondisi trading tanker yang akan dikonversi biasa disebut dengan CAP Condition Assessment Program. Sedangkan komponen yang ketiga adalah regulasiclass rules yang digunakan untuk proses konversi. Dari ketiga komponen tersebut didapatkan bahwa untuk trading tanker CAP 3 adalah opsi terbaik untuk konversi menjadi FSO selama masa operasi 10 tahun dengan harga US 30946089.46 untuk sea state Selat Madura US 25232649.69 untuk Laut Jawa US 23969566.55 untuk Kepulauan Seribu dan US 23969566.55 untuk Laut Bali.


ABSTRACT

Global oil gas industries have shown rapidly advancement along with market demand. Many area in Indonesia have been explored for example in Java Sea. Exploration activities have been supported by many technology and infractructure one of them is Floating Storage and Offioading FSO. Nowdays more FSO built by conversation process. This is because FSO from tanker conversion can made faster and cheaper than new built. But FSO conversion has fatigue live less than new built. There are three component must be considerred in conversion process. The first is study about Indonesian water that consist of environmental condition and owner requirement. Fatigue life value greatly influenced by environment load which the significant wave height must be considered. The significant wave height at Java Sea is around 4.6 metres Madura Strait 6.2 metres Bali 3.4 metres and Kepulauan Seribu around 3 metres. The second component is study about trading tanker condition that will be converted for FSO commonly called Condition Assessment Program CAP. And the last component is about conversion process that discuss steps of conversion based on code and class rules that used. From all of study we get the result that trading tanker CAP 3 is the best option for conversion of FSO that have 10 years operation life with price US 30946089.46 for Madura Strait US 25232649.69 for Java Sea US 23969566.55 for Kepulauan Seribu and US 23969566.55 for Bali Sea.
