ECONOMICAL ANALYSIS OF PNEUMATIC SEA WAVE ENERGY CONVERTER FOR MICRO POWER PLANT

ABSTRAK

Sumber energi bisa dihasilkan dari sumber daya alam yang tidak bisa diperbaharui dan sumber daya alam yang bisa diperbaharui. Beberapa hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah semakin menipisnya bahan bakar minyak belum meratanya distribusi energi listrik di daerah remote area dan harga listrik yang berfluktuatif terhadap harga minyak dunia. Potensi renewable energy bisa diperoleh melalui beberapa hal seperti gelombang laut. Analisa ekonomis pembangkit listrik bertenaga gelombang laut dengan sistem pneumatis ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena pada dasarnya sekarang ini masih belum tercover secara utuh bagaimana pemanfaatan gelombang laut ini. Pada akhirnya dicari seberapa ekonomiskah jika sistem ini dibangun berapa revenue yang didapat dari hasil listrik generator jika dibandingkan operational dan maintenance cost. Dari hasil analisa di peroleh dari 20 tahun rancangan sistem diperoleh harga 01kwH payback period pada tahun ke 96 operasional cost yang lebih ekonomis dan NPV 615.822


ABSTRACT

Energy resouces can actually produced from renewable energy and non renewable energy. Some background is behind the depletion of fuel yet uneven distribution of electric energy in remote areas and electricity prices fluctuated on world oil prices. The potential of renewable energy can be obtained through some things like sea waves. Economical analysis of pneumatic sea wave energy converter for micro power plant very important to do because basically right now is still not fully covered how to use these waves. In the end look how economic if the system is built how much revenue is derived from electric generator when compared to operational and maintenance cost. From the analysis was obtained from 20 years of design system the price gained 01 USDkWh payback period at 96 years more economics for operational cost and 615.822 from NPV
