ABSTRAK

Distribusi logistik pada saat bencana dapat dilakukan dengan kapal laut. Kapal ini menggunakan ramp door sebagai jembatan untuk keluar masuk kendaraan. Pada saat digunakan pintu rampa kapal angkut ini kurang panjang sehingga truk-truk tidak dapat melewati sampai ke darat. Oleh karena itu diadakan modifikasi ramp door dengan penambahan panjang ramp door dengan tipe ramp door geser. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari perubahan ramp door pada kapal angkut ADRI-XLV. Penambahan konstruksi ramp door geser ini ditambahkan panjang 35 meter dan lebar tetap mengacu pada ramp door lama 43 meter sehingga bertambah panjang dari 6 meter menjadi 95 meter. Dari hasil analisa baik perhitungan maupun dengan FEM yaitu berat total konstruksi ramp door yaitu sebesar 723 ton dan kontrol tegangan dari penampang kontrol lendutan beban hidup dan kontrol gaya geser masih dapat diterima karena masih lebih kecil dari yang diijinkan.


ABSTRACT

Distribution logistics in disasters can be carried by ships. This ship is used as a bridge to the ramp door and out of the vehicle. When the ship used ramp door is length less so the trucks could not pass up ashore. Therefore modifications to the ramp door is held by the addition of a long ramp door with ramp type sliding door. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of changes to the ramp door on freighter ADRI-XLV. The addition of ramp construction sliding door was added to 3.5 meters long and wide still refer to the existing ramp door 4.3 meters long so it increases the length from 6 meters to 9.5 meters. From the analysis of both the FEM calculation and the total weight construction ramp door that is equal to 7.23 tons and the control voltage of the foregoing the live load deflection control and control of shear force is acceptable because it is still smaller than the allowable.
