ABSTRAK

Pendidikan merupakan proses yang terus berkembang begitu juga dengan komponen yang di dalamnya dalam hal ini kurikulum sebagai salah satu komponen dari sistem pendidikan juga mengalami perubahan untuk sistem pendidikan yang lebih baik. Pada pergantian kurikulum ini akan menghasilkan kompetensi yang baru yang merupakan perbaikan dari kompetensi sebelumnya untuk keperluan penjaminan mutu dari ITS di bidang pembelajaran. Sayangnya bentuk dokumentasi dari penjaminan mutu tersebut belum ada dalam sistem tertentu yang menampilkan keperluan untuk penjaminan mutu. Pada tugas akhir ini dirancang sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat menangani keperluan di atas. Dengan melakukan pendataan pada kompetensi masing-masing jurusan berdasarkan periode kurikulum serta melakukan pendataan pada kelengkapan elemen kurikulum. Sistem informasi kurikulum SIMKURI dapat membantu pihak manajemen mutu untuk melakukan monitoring atas kelengkapan pada kurikulum masing-masing jurusan terutama yang terkait dengan bidang kompetensi pembelajaran dan bagian atribut untuk mata kuliah di jurusan. Dari hasil pengujian pada jurusan di ITS SIMKURI ini dapat menampilkan kompetensi dari jurusan tersebut serta mampu untuk melakukan pemetaan kompetensi kurikulum hingga pada mata kuliah. Selain itu SIMKURI juga dapat menampilkan daftar kelengkapan mata kuliah terutama terkait dengan silabus dan rencana pembelajaran dari mata kuliah itu sendiri. Diharapkan dengan digunakannya SIMKURI ini dapat memudahkan pihak manajemen mutu untuk melakukan evaluasi pada proses pembelajaran terutama pada bagian kompetensi kurikulum.


ABSTRACT

Education is a process which continues to evolve and also with components in it in this case the curriculum as one of the components of the education system has also undergone a change for a better education system. At the turn of this curriculum will produce a new competence which is an improvement over previous competence for the purposes of quality assurance of ITS in the field of learning. Unfortunately there is no such documentation of quality assurance forms that have existed in a certain system which displays them in purpose to support quality assurance. In this final project there is a development of software that can deal with the problems above. By entering data of competence of each department based on curriculum period and also perform to completing the completeness of any elements in curriculum. Curriculum information system SIMKURI can help the quality management to conduct monitoring on each course and department primarily related to field of competence of learning and completeness of any part of courses in each. From the test results in some Department in ITS SIMKURI is able to display the competence of each department as well as being able to showing map of competencies from curriculum to subject of each department. Additionally SIMKURI can also display a list of the completeness of courses especially related to the syllabus and learning plan of subjects itself. Expected with use of SIMKURI this can facilitate the quality management to conduct an evaluation of the learning process especially on the part of curriculum competencies.
