ABSTRAK

Proses penggunaan perangkat lunak ERP pada sebuah perusahaan terdiri dari tiga bagian yakni proses pemilihan proses implementasi dan proses evaluasi. Proses pemilihan perangkat lunak merupakan faktor yang sangat penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan pada proses selanjutnya. Untuk memilih perangkat lunak ERP diperlukan sebuah teknik Multi Criteria Decision Making MCDM. Pada tugas akhir ini metode yang digunakan yakni Fuzzy-AHP dan TOPSIS. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik kriteria yang digunakan pada MCDM berdasar ISOIEC 25022 Software Measurement of Quality in Use. Kriteria ini menunjukkan kualitas sebuah sistem ketika digunakan. Teknik business process matching dengan Beehivez digunakan sebagai salah satu pengukuran kriteria. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa metode tersebut berhasil diimplementasikan pada sistem.


ABSTRACT

ERP usage cycle in a company consists of three main phases which are selection process implementation process and evaluation process. ERP selection process is the most significant success factor because it influences the further phase in ERP usage cycle. For choosing ERP software a technique named Multi Criteria Decision Making MCDM is used. In this bachelor thesis a combination between Fuzzy-AHP and TOPSIS methods ar used. For obtaining the most appropriate result criteria used in the MCDM process are conducted from ISOIEC 25022 Measurement of Quality in Use. These selected criteria show the quality of a system when it was implemented. A bussiness process matching technique is used as one of measurement criteria. Experimental result showed that these method has sucessfully applied in the system.
