PERENCANAAN WORKBOAT SEDERHANA UNTUK PENGECEKAN SARAT KAPAL

PLANNING A SIMPLE WORKBOAT FOR CHECKING DRAFT OF SHIP

ABSTRAK

Pada proses persiapan pasca pembangunan sebuah kapal baru diperlukan pengecekan yang mendukung seperti inclining test dan Sea Trial Melihat permasalahan yang terjadi di PT.PAL Indonesia PERSERO Surabaya sebelum dijalankan Test seperti pada Inclining Test di area dermaga dan Sea Trial kapal baru yang lego jangkar di Semarung pertengahan selat Madura Ship Condition sebuah kapal harus dikondisikan hampir tepat atau sesuai seperti pada waktu perencanaan salah satu hal penting dari mengkodisikan kapal sebelum Inclining Test dan Sea Trail adalah sarat air. Perencanaan Workboat ini disusun bertujuan untuk memudahkan pembacaan sarat kapal pada kondisi even keel seperti arah hadap starboard ke perairan dermaga yang sukar dilihat dan juga membantu pembacaan sarat kapal pada proses sebelum Sea Trail dilakukan. Perencanaan awal kapal Workboat memakai bahan alumunium kemudian pada perencanaan ini menggunakan serat fiber sehingga didapati perbedaan LWT atau berat kapal itu sendiri serat fiber disusun oleh bahan hetrogen yang disusun secara laminasi dan disatukan jika dibandingkan dengan bahan alumunium maka akan menghasilkan perbedaan karakteristik seperti pada hasil stabilitas hasil tahanan juga sistem konstruksi yang berbeda perhitungannya sehingga dapat dijadikan pilihan atau alternatif. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perencanaan workboat menghasilkan dimensi berupa Lpp 3.32 m Bmax 1.70 m Bdwl. 1.576 m Hmax 0.75 m T 0.273 m Vs 6.5 knots Kapasitas penumpang 6 orang DWT Death Weight Ton 580.7 Kg 916 Displascement1535 Kg LWT Light Weight Ton 116.25 Kg Cb 0.704 Deadrise 100 Hasil tahanan Kapal pada kecepatan penuh 17.39 Hp dan hasil analisa stabilitas bernilai max GZ pada 0.341m 360 kapal muatan penuh dan ABK max GZ pada 0.447m 330 kapal muatan kosong.


ABSTRACT

In the preparation process of post-construction of a new ship which supports the necessary checks such as inclining test and the Sea Trial based on problems that occurred in PT.PAL Indonesia Persero Surabaya before it is run like on Inclining Test at the dock area and the Sea Trial of new vessel anchorage in Semarung mid Madura strait Ship Condition of a ship must be conditioned or corresponding almost exactly like at the time of planning one of the important thing is to conditioning ship before Inclining Test and Sea Trail is draft. Planning is structured workboat aims to facilitate reading laden ships on the condition even keel like the direction toward starboard into the dock waters that are difficult to see and also help in the process of reading the draft of ship before Sea Trail done. workboat vessel Initial planning use aluminum then in this planning use FRP Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic so the differences found LWT or severe vessel itself glass fiber material prepared by heterogenic arranged in laminated and put together when compared with aluminum it will produce different characteristics as in the stability the prisoners as well as different construction systems calculations so it can be an option or alternative. Results obtained from the planning of LPP workboat generate dimensions 332 m Bmax 1.70 m Bdwl. 1576 m Hmax 0.75 m T 0273 m Vs 6.5 knots passenger capacity 6 people DWT Death Weight tons 580.7 Kg 916 Displacement 1535 Kg LWT Light Weight Ton 116.25 Kg Cb 0704 Dead rise 100 The Ship prisoners at full speed 17.39 Hp and stability analysis on the value max GZ 0.341m 360 full cargo ships and Passengers in the GZ 0.447m max 330 empty cargo ship.
