ABSTRAK

Heat Recovery Steam Genarator HRSG merupakan peralatan yang berfungsi untuk mengubah air menjadi uap pada temperature dan tekanan tertentu. Peralatan ini terdapat pada pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap PLTGU yang menggunakan siklus kombinasi Combine Cycle . Pada HRSG terdapat daerah superheater-1 dan Superheater-2 yang merupakan daerah pemanas uap lanjut. Pipa header merupakan bagian utama dari HRSG yang memiliki peranan penting sebagai pipa utama yang dialiri suhu dan tekanan yang sangat tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis pipa yang ada didalam instalasi HRSG. Dalam study ini header terbuat dari baja dilas dengan menggunakan proses las GTAW dan SMAW. Dalam proses pengelasan juga harus diperhatikan metalurgi yang terjadi pada material yang akan dilas karena material yang akan dilas sudah mengalami penuaan aging karena sudah pernah bekerja pada suhu yang sangat tinggi dan mengakibatkan perubahan struktur micro dan metallography. Pada daerah superheataer ini terdiri dari susunan pipa yang bekerja pada temperature dan tekanan tinggi secara terus menerus kondoso ini bissa mempengaruhi dan mengubah kekuatan dan sifat-sifat material pipa begitu pula dengan krkuatan laslasan yang menyambung antara pipa. Study ini dilakukan untuk mengetahiu apakan ada pengaruh suhu dengan kekuatan las-lasan serta mengetahui apakah remaining life assessment RLA pada pipa dan cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut.


ABSTRACT

Heat Recovery Steam Genarator HRSG is a device that serves to convert water to steam at a certain temperature and pressure. This equipment is contained in the plant Gas Power and Steam PLTGU that uses combined cycle Combine Cycle. In the region there HRSG superheater superheater-1 and-2 which is the area of dvanced steam heating. Header pipe is a major part of the HRSG which has an important role as the main pipe carrying a temperature and pressure are very high compared with other types of existing pipe installation within the HRSG. In this study the headers are made of welded steel using GTAW and SMAW welding processes. In the process welding should show metallurgical happens to the material to be welded because of the material to be welded is aging aging because it has been working at very high temperatures and resulting changes in micro structure and metallography. In this superheataer area containing an array of pipes that work on high temperature and pressure continuously condition this affect and change the strength and material properties as well as pipe welding weld strengh that connect between the pipes. Study was undertaken to know whether there is influence of temperature-welded with weld strength and to know whether the remaining life assessment RLA on the pipe and how to overcome it.
