ABSTRAK

Miniatur yang akan dibuat adalah proyek dari PT.Karunia Prima Engineering hasil dari pengembangan mixing control system dalam dunia industri. Perkembangannya menuju kepada temperature mixing control system dengan pemrograman PLC Omron CJ-1M . Sistem yang akan dibahas pada tugas akhir ini adalah sistem pengontrolan temperatur.. Pembuatan dititikberatkan pada pemasangan komponen-komponen dan pengontrolan PLC Omron CJ-1M diantaranya teko heater solenoid valve 24VDC sensor ultrasonic siemens thermocouple tipe K sepasang stainless sebagai sensor level air waterpump. Pengontrolan suhu pada tank A dan tank B menggunakan sistem PID Controller dan PWM . Pengontrolan suhu pada mixing tank mengandalkan ratio control hasil flowrate dari tank A dan tank B. Media yang digunakan untuk menampilkan hasil pengontrolan ini adalah Touch Screen dengan pemrograman CX-Designer.


ABSTRACT

Miniature to be made is the project of PT. Karunia Prima Engineering from the develop result of mixing control system in industrial. Its development to temperature mixing control system with Programmable Logic Control Omron CJ-1M. The system will be discussed in this thesis is the temperature control system. Research will focus on the assembly of components with PLC Omron CJ-1M such as heaters pot solenoid valve 24VDC ultrasonics sensor siemens thermocouple type k a couple stainless as censor of water level waterpump. The system of temperature control on tank A and tank B use PID controller and PWM system. Temperature control system on the mixing tank will be use flowrate ratio control from tank A and tank B. Touch screen media with CX-Designer Program will be perform the temperature control graphic.
