ABSTRAK

Stasiun masakan pada PT.Perkebunan Nusantara X PERSERO PG.Watoetoelis digunakan untuk mendapatkan kristal gula. Kristal gula terbentuk dari nira yang diuapkan kandungan air sampai menjadi jenuh Namun.Dalam stasiun pemasakan ini sering mengalami suatu kegagalan yang mengakibatkan gagal produksi sehingga harus di pindah ke pan masak lain yang sama masakannya apabila terjadi pada waktu giling.Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah diatas maka dilakukan investigasi dan memilih salah satu metode yang digunakan dengan mengunakan Hazard And Operability Prosedure HAZOP Maka dilakukan identifikasi dan analisa resiko. Semua bentuk penyebab akibat dan penilaian resiko dari proses yang terjadi distasiun masakan kemudian dari hasil analisa resiko tiap resiko yang masuk ke dalam kategori high medium diprioritaskan resiko high.Dari hasil identifikasi dan analisa resiko dengan menggunakan Hazard And Operability Prosedure HAZOP pada penelitian ini ditemukan 9 permasalahan yang masuk ke dalam kategori resiko high. Rekomendasi yang ditawarkan untuk 9 permasalahan tersebut diantaranya adalah operator stand by pembersihan secara teratur pengecekan secara berkala perbaikan atau penggantian pipa pengeluaran udara perawatan secara teratur dan pengawasan dari operator.


ABSTRACT

The vacum pan station PT.Perkebunan Nusantara X PERSERO PG.Watoetoelis is used to get sugar crystal which is made from nira that evaporated by water until content is being saturated however in the processing vacum pan station production the failure ofter happen and it influentes vacum pan the overal process so that it must be moved to other pan. To overcome the proces about there must be investigation. This research used in order to method by following Hazard And Operability Prosedure HAZOP and the identify and risk analysis are done. All form cause method on the processing vacum pan station is categorized as high risk.From the risk analysis using hazard and operability prosedure HAZOPit is found 9 problems in high category. Recommendation which on the market to 9 the problems among others is operator of stand by sweeping regularly periodical checking repair or replacement of pipe expenditure of air treatment regularly and observation of operator.
