PERANCANGAN PERAHU PINTAR SEBAGAI PENGEMBANGAN MOBIL PINTAR UNTUK SUMBER BELAJAR ALTERNATIF DI DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI KAHAYAN KALIMANTAN TENGAH

DESIGN OF SMART BOAT AS DEVELOPMENT SMART CAR FOR SOURCE OF ALTERNATIVE LEARNING IN THE REGIONAL FLOW KAHAYAN RIVER CENTRALKALIMANTAN

ABSTRAK

Pada saat ini minat baca anak-anak Indonesia masih cukup rendah. Mereka lebih mengenal bahasa lisan dari pada bahasa tulisan. Selain itu masih banyak diantara mereka yang belum terjangkau dunia pustaka. Letak goegrafis indonesia yang berupa daerah kepulauan dan sebagian penduduknya tinggal di daerah terpencil dengan sungai dan perahu sebagai satu-satunya cara transportasi juga menjadi masalah dalam pemerataan pendidikan. Kalimantan Tengah misalnya prasarana dan sarana angkutan darat umumnya sangat terbatas. Transportasi melalui air merupakan sarana utama di daerah pedalaman. Karena itu pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan perancangan perahu pintar sebagai pengembangan dari mobil pintar yang sudah bisa dikatakan berhasil dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar dan solusi alternatif untuk masalah pendidikan bagi anak-anak Indonesia di daerah yang masih tertinggal. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu perahu yang bisa melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan di mobil pintar. Perahu pintar didesain berdasarkan kebutuhan desain yang didiskripsikan melalui survey lapangan dan studi kepustakaan untuk mengetahui kinerja yang dibutuhkan serta keterbatasan yang ada. Kemudian konsep desainpreliminary design dibuat. Hasil tersebut diperiksa karakteristiknya seperti stabilitas dan hidrostatik. Apabila karakteristik tidak baik maka harus diulang konsep desainnya dan bila karakteristiknya sudah baik atau sesuai dengan standar yang ada maka dilanjutkan dengan dengan memeriksa kesesuaian antara kebutuhan desain dengan performa hasil desain. Apabila tidak terdapat kesesuaian maka proses tersebut harus diulang dan bila hasil desain tersebut sudah sesuai maka desain bisa digunakan. Hasil analisispembahasan dan evaluasi terhadap kebutuhan desain yang telah didiskripsikan menghasilkan perahu pintar dengan panjang 9 meter lebar 23 meter tinggi 12 meter dan sarat 053 meter dengan kapasitas penumpang 4 orang crew termasuk nakhoda dan 10 anak pada saat sandar dan menggunakan mesin penggerak tempel 200 HP.


ABSTRACT

Now day the interest in reading of Indonesina childrens are still quite low. They are more familiar with spoken language than written language. In addition still many among they unreached world literature. Goegrafis location of Indonesia in the form of islands and some of the population live in remote areas with rivers and boats as the only means of transport is also a problem in educational equity. Central Kalimantan for example land transport infrastructure and facilities are generally very limited. Transportation by water is the primary vehicle in the countryside. Therefore in this final project will be design the smart boat as the development of smart cars which can already be said succeed in increasing the spirit of learning and alternative solutions to the problem of education for Indonesian children in areas that are still lagging. This final Project aims to design a boat that can carry out the activities in a smart car. Smart boat is designed based on design needs who description through field surveys and literature studies to determine the performance required and the existing limitations. Then the design concept preliminary design created. These results are examined characteristics such as stability and hydrostatic. If the characteristic is not good then it should be repeated and if the characteristic design concept is good or in accordance with standards will be continued with examining the fit between the needs of design with performance design results. If there is no compliance then the process must be repeated and if the results of the design was appropriate the design could be used. The results of the analysis discussion and evaluation of design requirements that have been description produce smart boat with a length of 9 meters 23 meters width 12 meters high and 0.53 meters loaded with passenger capacity 4 people crew including the skipper and the 10 children in when docked and use the 200 HP outboard engine.
