SISTEM KONTROL LAMPU LALU LINTAS OTOMATIS DENGAN LOGIKA FUZZY MENGGUNAKAN KAMERA BERDASARKAN DISTRIBUSI KEPADATAN

AUTOMATIC TRAFFIC LIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM WITH CAMERAS USING FUZZY LOGIC BASED ON DENSITY DISTRIBUTION

ABSTRAK

ATCS Automatic Traffic Light Control System telah digunakan pada kota-kota besar seperti Jakarta Bandung Surabaya untuk mencegah terjadinya kemacetan. Tetapi meningkatnya jumlah kendaran menyebabkan ATCS berfungsi kurang optimal. Untuk itu pada tugas akhir ini penulis membuat sistem ATCS yang dapat bekerja menentukan lama penyalaan lampu hijau secara otomatis berdasarkan distribusi kepadatan. Cara kerja sistem ini sebagai berikut kamera TV-IP110TV-IP110W Network Camera digunakan sebagai pengamat kepadatan kendaraan pada suatu persimpangan. Hasil pengamatan diolah PC menggunakan metode image processing sehingga diperoleh persentase kepadatan pada tiap-tiap jalur. Kepadatan dari setiap jalur ini kemudian diolah lagi menggunakan logika fuzzy. Logika fuzzy mengolah inputan tersebut dan akan menghasilkan keputusan lama nyala lampu hijau pada jalur yang sedang diatur. Informasi ini akan dikirim ke mikrokontroler. Mikrokontroller bekerja menyalakan lampu lalu lintas secara default kontrol yaitu searah dengan arah jarum jam. Mikrokontroller mengirimkan informasi jalur mana yang lampu hijaunya akan menyala. Apabila tidak ada koneksi antara PC dan mikrokontroller maka lama penyalaan lampu hijau sesuai default kontrol yaitu selama 5detik. Persentase kepadatan pada suatu jalur tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kepadatan pada jalur itu sendiri tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh kepadatan pada jalur lain. Output traffic light berupa lampu led tiga warna yang di pasang pada setiap persimpangan. Sistem ini dapat bekerja menentukan lama penyalaan lampu hijau dengan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 90. Mikrokontroler yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah ATmega32 dan softwarenya menggunakan Matlab


ABSTRACT

ATCS Automatic Traffic Light Control System has been used in big cities like Jakarta Bandung Surabaya to prevent congestion. But the increasing number of vehicles cause ATCS less than optimal function. For that the project work makes the system determine the ATCS who can work long green lighting automatically based on the density distribution. The way the system works as follows TVIP110 TV-IP110W camera Network Camera is used as an observer at an intersection the vehicle density. Observations processed to obtain the percentage of density in each lane based on image processing method. The density of each track is then processed again using fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic to process input and will result in a decision a long green light on the pathways that are regulated. This information will be sent to the Microcontroller. Microcontroller working traffic lights by default control the direction of clockwise. Microcontroller sends the information which path the light will light up green. If there is no connection between the PC and the microcontroller then the long green lighting control that is suitable for 5 second default. The percentage of density in each pathways are not only influenced by their density but are also influenced by another pathways. Output a three-color LED lights are installed at every intersection. This system can work to determine the green light with a long ignition success percentage of 90. This system use ATmega32 microcontroller and Matlab software.
