ABSTRAK

Penggunaan motor AC Alternating Current atau arus bolak-balik 3 fasa saat ini banyak digunakan diberbagai aplikasi. Salah satu penggunaan motor AC yang sering ditemui yaitu terdapat diperabotan rumah tangga seperti pompa air mesin cuci maupun di dunia industri. Pada kegunaannya tersebut dapat diatur lamanya waktu yang diberikan ke motor untuk mencapai kecepatan maksimal. Untuk dapat mengatur hal itu maka dibutuhkan sistem kendali kecepatan motor. Dalam Project Work ini akan digunakan Mikrokontroler ATmega 8535 yang difungsikan untuk mengontrol kecepatan motor AC 3 fasa secara otomatis menggunakan PID kontroller yang akan dibantu dengan Inverter Omron Type 3G3JX Sysdrive. Progam ini akan dibantu penampilanya dengan bantuan software Visual Basic 6.0 yang akan menampilkan animasi pengontrolan motor dengan menggunakan Mikrokontroler ATmega 8535. Dari hasil pengujian secara manual menggunakan tachometer dan rotary encoder diperoleh data bahwa besarnya kecepatan putaran motor berbanding lurus dengan frekuensi range frekuensi 0-50 Hz didapatkan kecepatan putaran motor 0-1460 Rpm. Untuk analisa menggunakan software Matlab 7.0.1 hasil analisa kendali PID menunjukkan bahwa pada saat waktu t 8805135 detik respons grafik tegangan output dalam keadaan stabil 1 volt. Sementara itu hasil analisa respon antara data hasil pengujian sebelum dan sesudah mengalami pemodelan ditunjukkan pada grafik hasilnya sama. Waktu awal 0 dan kurva menunjukkan sistem stabil pada saat waktu t 8805 800 detik respons grafik tegangan output 225 mV.


ABSTRACT

Use of motor AC Alternating Current or alternating current three phase currently widely used in various applications. One use of a common AC motor that is found in household appliances such as water pumps washing machines or industries world. At the household furnishings can be set length of time given to the motor to achieve maximum speed. To be able to arrange it so the motor speed control system is needed. In this project work will be used by Mikrokontroler ATmega 8535 functioned to automatic control speed of motor induce 3 phase using PID controller to be assisted with motor of driver with type of OMRON SYS DRIVE 3G3 of MV INVERTER 11 of KW this program will be assisted by its appereance constructively SCADA software to see animation from or real of controller of motor using by Microcontroler ATmega 8535. From the test results manually using a rotary switch and tachometer data showed that the engine speed is directly proportional to the frequency the frequency range 0-50 Hz received the engine rotation speed 0-1460 RPM. For analysis using Matlab 7.0.1 software analysis of PID control showed that at the time t 8805 1.35 second the response graph output voltage in steady state mode 1 volts. Meanwhile the results of the analysis of responses between the before and after test results are displayed in a graph modeling same result. Initial 0 time and the curve shows the sound system at time t 8805 800 seconds response graph output voltage 225 MV.
