Pada sistem pengendalian terdapat beberapa proses variabel yang dapat dikendalikan seperti halnya pressure, temperature, flow, dan level. Pada proses water treatment terdapat 3 buah tangki yang dikendalikan level airnya. Namun pada penelitian ini dikhususkan pada pembuatan sistem pengendalian tangki 2 water treatment, yang merupakan tangki kedua yang berisi air hasil penyarigan dari filter. Sensor yang digunakan dalam sistem pengendalian level ini yaitu sensor kapasitor. Untuk memudahkan dalam proses pengendalian maka dari itu menggunakan pengendalian secara otomatis, dengan menggunakan mikrokontroller ATMega 8535. Dengan adanya pengendalian otomatis ini apabila level air dalam keadaan high maka secara otomatis akan menyalakan pompa dan apabila level air dalam keadaan low maka pompa akan mati secara otomatis. Sehingga dengan adanya pengendalian secara otomatis ini level airnya tetap terjaga. Berdasarkan analisa data, dapat diketahui nilai standar deviasi ketidakpastian sensor kapasitor 0,008 cm dan nilai UA1 nya yaitu 0,00357 cm. Nilai standar deviasi ketidakpastian pembacaan alat ukur yaitu 0,244 cm dan nilai UA1nya yaitu 0,109 cm serta nilai UA2nya yaitu 0,34 cm.

In control systems there are several process variables that can be controlled as well as pressure, temperature, flow, and level. At the water treatment process, there are 3 tanks controlled water level. But in this study is devoted to the manufacture of control systems water treatment tank 2, which is a second tank containing water from the filter results. The sensors used in the control system of this level is the sensor capacitor. To facilitate the process control and therefore use the control automatically, using a microcontroller ATMega 8535. With the automatic control is when the water level in the high state it will automatically turn on the pump and when the water level in the low state of the pump will automatically turn off. So with the control of the automatic water level is maintained. Based on data analysis, it can be seen the value of standard deviation of the uncertainty of the sensor capacitor UA1 0.008 cm and its value is 0.00357 cm. Standard deviation value of the reading uncertainty is 0.244 cm gauge and its value is 0.109 cm UA1 and UA2 its value is 0.34 cm.
