RANCANG BANGUN MESIN PENETAS TELUR AYAM BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER DENGAN FUZZY LOGIC CONTROLLERSOFTWARE

ABSTRAK

Aplikasi pengendalian suhu sudah banyak ditemui diberbagai bidangcontohnya yaitu pada bidang peternakan. Pengendalian suhu tersebut dipakai untuk menetaskan telur ayam. Menetaskan telur ayam dalam waktu bersamaan secara alami tentu sangat sulit karena keterbatasan kemampuan induk ayam dalam mengerami telurnya. Ayam hanya mampu mengerami telurnya maksimal 10 butir. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka pada tugas akhir ini kami membuat mesin penetas telur ayam berbasis mikrokontroler dengan metode fuzzy. Penggunaan mikrokontroler dengan fuzzy ini diharapkan mampu mengendalikan suhu yang diperlukan telur agar dapat menetas dengan baik yaitu sekitar 380 C sampai 40 0 C sehingga bisa didapatkan telur ayam dalam jumlah banyak dalam waktu bersamaan. Pada tugas akhir ini telur yang ditetaskan sebanyak 50 butir telur ayam. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah penetasan adalah 44 butir telur ayam menetas dan sebanyak 6 butir telur gagal menetas. Hal ini disebabkan banyak faktor di antaranya telur tidak fertile terjadi guncangan yang keras ketika membawa telur dll. Sehingga persentase keberhasilan alat ini adalah 88 .


ABSTRACT

Application of temperature controlled have a lot of used in any problem for example used in ranch. The temperature control is used for incubate chicken eggs. Incubation chicken eggs naturally of course very difficult since limitation of ability of chicken in brooding egg. Chicken only able to brood they egg maximal 10 eggs. Hence from this problem so in this final project we make machine incubation for chicken eggs base on microcontroller with method fuzzy logic controller. Used microcontroller with fuzzy logic controller expected able to control temperature that is needed the egg in order to earn to hatch better that is about 380 C until 400 C so can be got a chickens egg in number a lot of in once time. At this final project the eggs are incubated is 50 chicken eggs. Results obtained after incubation is 44 chicken eggs can hatch and as many as 6 eggs hatch failed. This is due to many factors of which eggs not fertile there was a strong shocks when carrying eggs etc.. So that the percentage of successfully of this tool is 88 .
