ABSTRAK
Perencanaan sistem pengkondisian udara ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan kenyamanan bagi penghuni dalam melakukan aktivitas perkantoran pada gedung Administrasi dan Operasional PT. Angkasa Pura I Bandara Internasional Juanda Surabaya. Kondisi tersebut dapat tercapai dengan jalan mensuplai udara yang telah dikondisikan oleh peralatan pendingin menuju ke dalam setiap ruang kerja. Dalam menentukan spesifikasi peralatan pengkondisian udara maka sebelumnya dilakukan perhitungan beban pendinginan dari setiap ruangan dan menentukan distribusi udara kesetiap ruangan tersebut. Disamping itu juga perlu dilakukan perhitungan terhadap static pressure fan yang terinstal didalam AHU serta kebutuhan head dan kapasitas pompa untuk distribusi chilled water. Desain temperatur ruangan didasarkan pada ASHRAE standard comfort zone sedangkan desain di luar gedung didasarkan pada data dari BMKG Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Klas 1 Juanda.
Hasil perhitungan beban pendinginan perhitungan kapasitas udara dan perhitungan static pressure fan akan digunakan sebagai acuan dalam memilih peralatan pengkondisian udara. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan head dan kapasitas pompa digunakan sebagai verifikasi terhadap head dan kapasitas pompa yang sudah terpasang saat ini.
ABSTRACT
Planning air conditioning system is intended to provide comfort for the occupants of an office activity on the Administration and Operations Buildings PT. Angkasa Pura I Juanda International Airport Surabaya. These conditions can be achieved by means of air supply has been conditioned by the cooling equipment into working in each room.
In determining the specifications of air conditioning equipment then the previously performed calculations of the cooling load of each room and determine air distribution into each room. We also needs to be done calculations on the static pressure fan was installed in the AHU and the needs of the pump head and capacity for the distribution of chilled water. The design of the room temperature based on standard ASHRAE comfort zone while outside the building design is based on data from BMKG Climatology Meteorology and Geophysics Class 1 Juanda.
Cooling load calculation results calculation of air capacity and the calculation of static pressure fan will be used as a reference in selecting air conditioning equipment. Whereas the calculated pump head and capacity are used as verification for the pump head and capacity are currently installed.
