Description:

Pelabuhan merupakan prasarana transportasi berupa simpul penghubung antara jaringan jalan di darat dengan jaringan laut yang memiliki banyak fungsi terutama dari segi perekonomian. Sebuah perusahaan Freight Forwarding yang sudah lama bergerak dibidang pengangkutan peti kemas, memandang hal ini sebagai suatu peluang bisnis yang baik. Karenanya memutuskan untuk membangun Pelabuhan Peti Kemas yang terletak di Kalianak Surabaya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah merencanakan struktur dermaga dan Container Yard secara optimal dengan biaya yang relatif murah di daerah Kalianak. Sesuai layout yang ditetapkan oleh pihak pemilik proyek, panjang dermaga rencana 150 m, lebar 50 m dan dihubungkan oleh trestle sepanjang 1 km.Dermaga ini direncanakan untuk menampung kapal dengan kapasitas maksimum 30.000 DWT. Pelabuhan ini juga memiliki Container Yard yang direncanakan mampu menampung arus container sebesar 1500 TEU’s per hari. Karena kedalaman perairan di daerah Teluk Lamong ini relatif dangkal maka harus dikeruk sampai kedalaman rencana. Untuk membangun pelabuhan ini, dibutuhkan biaya total sebesarRp.219.100.000.000,00.

Port represent transportation facillity in the form of link between land network and sea network which contain so many fuction, especially from economic facet . A Freight Forwarding Company which have been moving in container transportation movement, asumed this as a good bussiness opportunity. So they decided to build a container harbour which located in Kalianak Surabaya. The target they expected to achieve is to plan a dock structure and a container yard in an optimal fashion with a cheap expense in Kalianak. According to layout which have been determine, the dock length plan is 150 m, width 50 m and connected to land with 1 km long trestle. This dock is planned to accomodating ship with maximum capacity of 30.000 DWT. This harbour is also had a container yard which have been planned to accomodating container stream as 1500 TEU’s per day. Because the deepness of it’s territorial water is very shallow, so it is needed to dredged untuil deepness plan. To build this harbour, needen a total cost of round Rp. 219.100.000.000,00.
