ABSTRAK

PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility MMF adalah perusahaan jasa pada bidang penerbangan yang memberikan pelayanan perawatan dan perbaikan pesawat serta komponen-komponennya baik untuk perusahaan penerbangan dalam negeri maupun asing. Agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan yang ketat PT. MMF berusaha melakukan perbaikan pada berbagai aspek salah satunya adalah aspek lingkungan untuk menciptakan proses produksi yang environmentally friendly dan brand image yang baik dan reliable di mata masyarakat pada umumnya dan konsumen MMF pada khususnya Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka perlu diperhatikan performansi kinerja lingkungannya terutama pada unit departemen yang memiliki aspek dan dampak terbesar terhadap lingkungan yaitu pada unit Aircraft Painting. Sehingga penelitian untuk perancangan dan pengukuran performansi kinerja lingkungan di PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility perlu dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan sebagai dasar dalam perancangan dan pengukuran kinerja lingkungan ini adalah pendekatan dengan Key to Environment Performance Indicator KEPI pembobotan dengan menggunakan kriteria Bapedal dan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process dan Scoring System. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai kinerja lingkungan sebesar 4.882 yang masih berada dalam kategori wana kuning. Sehingga pengawasan dan kontrol yang lebih ketat terhadap KEPI sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan performansi kinerja lingkungan secara keseluruhan


ABSTRACT

PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility MMF is a service company which maintains and repairs aircraft and its components for domestic airlines and foreign airlines. In order to survive in todays competition PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility needs to improve their performance in every aspect. One of the efforts to reach this goal is endevoring an environmentally friendly process production until becoming a trusted and reliable brand image for the public and especially for their customers. Hence company needs to pay more attention to its environmental performance especially to departments unit where environmental aspects and impacts will occur the most which is the aircraft painting unit. This research is conducted to design and measure PT. Merpati Maintenance Facility environmental performance in order to increase and improve its environment performance. Methods used in this research to design and measure the environmental performance are Key to Environment Performance Indicator KEPI Bapedal weighting method Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP and Scoring System.Based on the research the total score for companys environmental performance is 4.882 which is categorized into yellow colour. Hencea strict control for the KEPI is needed in order to improve companys environmental performance.
