Description:

Structural Equation Models (SEMs) yang juga dapat disebut sebagai simultanoes equation models adalah multivariate regression models. SEM mempunyai dua komponen model, yaitu measurement model dan structural model. SEM mempunyai dua tujuan dalam analisisnya yaitu pertama adalah untuk menentukan apakah model “masuk akal” atau fit atau model “benar” berdasarkan data yang dimiliki. Kedua untuk menguji berbagai hipotesis yang telah dibangun sebelumnya. Menstandardisasi estimasi parameter yang menyimpang jauh dari harapan, maka kemungkinannya yaitu hipotesisnya salah, atau model yang misspecified. Satu kasus yang umum adalah ketika estimasi dari varians errornya adalah negatif (Heywood Case). Tujuan penelitian adalah mencari besarnya pengaruh dari lima variabel konstruk (benih, obat, pupuk, opete, intensif) terhadap tingkat produktivitas padi sawah dengan menggunakan analisis SEM. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu total pengaruh dari variabel laten intensif yang terdiri dari hanya satu variabel indikator yaitu intensifikasi mempunyai pengaruh positif sebesar 0,16 dan bermakna terhadap variabel laten produkti. Sedangkan total pengaruh dari variabel laten benih yang mengandung variabel indikator varietas, variabel indikator mutu benih, dan variabel jumlah benih , variabel obat yang terdiri dari variabel indikator irigasi dan variabel indikator penggunaan pestisida, variabel pupuk yang terdiri dari variabel indikator penggunaan pupuk dan jumlah pupuk dan variabel opete tidak mempunyai makna walaupun signifikan pada hasil ujinya. Besarnya total pengaruh terhadap variabel laten produkti masing-masing sebesar - 0,01, -0,06, -0,33, dan 0,56.

Structural Equation Models (SEMs) which also can mentioned as simultanoes equation models is multivariate regression models. SEM have two component model, that is measurement model and structural model. SEM have two purpose, the first is to determine what model “sensible" or fit or model the “correctness" pursuant to the data which have. Second is to test various hypothesis which have built before all. Standardization of estimation parameter of which branch far from expectation, hence possible that is hypothesis wrong, or the model which misspecified. One common which case is when the estimation from error variance is negative (Heywood Case). Purpose of research is searching level of influence from five construct variable (benih, obat, pupuk, opete, intensif) to storey productivity of paddy rice field by using SEM analysis. Result of from research this the total influence from latent variable intensif which consist of only one indicator is intensification have positive influence equal to 0,16 and have a meaning of to latent variable produkti. The total influence from variable laten benih concidering indicator varietas, indicator quality of seed, and amount seed, variable of obat which consist of the indicator variable irrigation and usage of pesticide, variable of pupuk which consist of the indicator variable usage of manure and amount of manure and variable opete don't have to mean although significant at result test. Level of totalize the influence to latent variable produkti each of 0,01, 0,06, 0,33, and 0,56.
