Cost effective management of test and registration acceptance of student just planned by a efficient and effective acceptance system model with better service, so that expected with service of purchasing, test and registration directly this can net more the student candidate of UPN " Veteran" East Java.
Service of acceptance of new student in UPN " Veteran" East Java require to be integrated so that service can be taken a short cut, besides procedure and system process service acceptance the new student with exploiting computer by single user compared to procedure and system computerize integrated having different characteristic.
Target design this system is to compile an information system acceptance of new student which integrated to increase labour efficiency, cutting short time listen carefully service, Repairing a working procedure and system able to improve efficiency and efectivity of work so that can cost effective information system operational acceptance of new student by paying attention procedure and system which have there is and Make cost analysis and benefit of new student information system which designed.
In calculation of cost analysis and benefit made by 4 calculation model that is analysis of optimistis and pessimistic analysis and usage of system and exploiting booth of internet.
Result design of this system economically can be applied, this matter in basing value of NPV (net present value), Profitability make an index to and also assess IRR at pessimistic analysis still enough signifikan. According to Zulkarnain ( 1993), an project can be told is competent ( feasible) if value of IRR have value more than mount advantage of expected minimum, also on the contrary that project told improper if calculation obtained IRR have value below expected advantage. Nevertheless according to ( Husnan, 1993) if compared to existing calculations, enumeration of NPV remain to represent the way of assessment of best invesment proposal profitability.
