PERANCANGAN HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATION MEMANFAATKAN ENERGI PANAS DARI GAS BUANG MESIN DIESEL PLTD KENDARI UNTUK MENGHASILKAN UAP PANAS YANG DIBUTUHKAN DESALINATION PLANT DENGAN KAPASITAS 50 TON PERHARI

ABSTRAK

PLTD Kendari mempunyai daya total sebesar 145 MWatt. Gas buang mesin diesel dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber energi panas heat recovery steam generation HRSG steam hasil dari HRSG tersebut digunakan untuk kebutuhan proses desalinasi air laut desalination plant. Heat recovery steam generation terdiri dari tiga tingkat pemanasan yaitu di Economizer pemanas awal evaporator pemanas tingkat dua superheater pemanas akhir. Sedangkan kondisi tekanan didalam Heat Recovery terjadi pada 1 tingkat keadaan tekanan. Tipe dari HRSG yang direncanakan adalah vertical heat recovery steam generation atau force circulation heat recovery dimana aliran gas buang adalah vertical. Dalam prosesnya tipe ini membutuhkan pompa sirkulasi. Sedangkan tipe susunan buluh adalah staggered tanpa mengguakan fin. Dari proses perhitungan perancangan heat recovery steam generation didapatkan dimensi dari economiserevaporator dan superheater dengan panjang 3515m lebar 1429m Tinggi 833m dan material yang dipilih adalah AISI 316 pemlihan material aman untuk kondisi beban maksimum PLTD Kendari. Produksi steam yang dihasilkan oleh heat recovery pada kondisi beban rendah sebesar 96 kgs beban sedang 108 kgs dan beban maksimum sebesar 12 kgs sehingga heat recovery mampu mensupply kebutuhan steam unit desalination plant Untuk bisa menghasilkan air suling sebanyak 50 ton hari.


ABSTRACT

PLTD Kendari have total energy equal to 145 MWATT. Gas throw away diesel engine exploited as source flue gas of heat recovery steam generation HRSG steam result of from the HRSG used for the requirement process of desalinasi sea water desalination plant. Heat recovery steam generation consist of three warm-up level that is an Economizer heater early evaporator heater stage two superheater final heater. While condition of pressure in Heat Recovery happened at one level situation of pressure. Type of HRSG the planned is vertical Heat recovery steam generation or force circulation Heat recovery steam generation where gas stream throw away is vertical. In course of this type require pump sirkulasi. While reed formation type is staggered without cave of fin. Process calculation design enginnering of got by dimension an economiser evaporator and superheater with length 3515m wide 1429m High 833m and material the selected is AISI 316. The material is safety for the maximum load condition of PLTD Kendari. Produce steam yielded by heat recovery at condition of minimum load equal to 96 kg s middle load equal to 102 kgs and maximum load equal to 12 kgs. So that heat recovery can support requirement steam of desalination plant To be able to produce fresh water about 50 ton day.
