ISOLATION AND BIOACTIVITY TEST OF ALKALOID COMPOUNDS FROM THE BARK OF Annona muricata

ABSTRAK

Senyawa alkaloid X telah berhasil diisolasi dari ekstrak kulit batang tanaman Annona muricata. Senyawa X merupakan alkaloid dengan kerangka aporfin yang teroksigenasi pada posisi C-12.47 dan 9 oleh gugus hidroksi -OH metil -CH3 dan metoksi -OCH3. Penentuan bioaktivitas senyawa yang diperoleh dilakukan dengan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test BSLT dan larva instar III nyamuk Aedes Aegypti. Bioaktivitas senyawa X ditunjukkan oleh nilai LC50 sebesar 121.336 dengan metode BSLT dan nilai LC50 sebesar 188.5 dengan metode larva instar III nyamuk Aedes Aegypti.


ABSTRACT

Alkaloid compound X has been isolated from extract of the bark of Annona muricata. Compound X was aporphine alkaloid that oxygenated on C-1247 and 9 by hydroxy methyl and metoxy. Bioactivity of X compound has been determined using Brine Shrimp Lethality Test BSLT method and larva instar III Aedes Aegypti mosquito. Bioactivity of X compound has been showed with LC50 121.3 ppm for BSLT method and LC50 188.3 ppm for toxicity test using larva instar III Aedes Aegypti mosquito
