PERANCANGAN SEPEDA UNTUK ORANG CACAT DENGAN PENGGERAK MOTOR PEMOTONG RUMPUT

ABSTRAK

Peyediaan sarana transportasi bagi para penyandang cacat kaki sangat diperlukan dalam rangka agar dapat melaksanakan kegiatannya sehari hari dengan mudah dan tanpa hambatan. Dalam perkembangannya telah banyak diciptakan alat yang memudahkan para penyandang cacat kaki mulai dari tongkat sebagai alat bantu berjalan kursi roda hingga sepeda yang dirancang dengan desain khusus untuk para penyandang cacat. Dari keadaan tersebut kami mencoba memodifikasi sepeda biasa menjadi sepeda bermotor dengan desain 2 roda depan dan 1 roda belakang tricycle. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah mendisain roda depan yang dapat berdiri independent dan mendesain sistem transmisi yang digunakan dalam sepeda bermotor ini. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan bahwa daya minimal yang dibutuhkan motor pemotong rumput untuk menggerakkan roda belakang adalah 022 Hp dengan beban maksimal perencanaan yang dapat ditahan sepeda bermotor sebesar 70 kg kecepatan maksimal perencanaan sebesar 30 kmjam.


ABSTRACT

Equippment of transportation medium for disabled person was needed to do their activity every day.more easy without obstacle. Development more founded any device to abridge for disabled person begin at cane for walk wheel chair until bycicle who design special for paraplegics. From that moment we want to modify ordinary bycicle to become bycicle motorized design with two fron wheel and one back wheel tricycle. The problem is how to designed independent fron wheel and transmision design was used in this bycicle. From ressult of experience is gotten minimal power was needed for grass trimmers engine to moving back wheel required 022 Hp. with maximum load as big as 70 kg and maximum speed of planning is 30 kmjam.
