ALTERNATIF PENGARUH PERCEPATAN WAKTU PENYELESAIAN PROYEK UNDERPASS JEMBATAN SURAMADU SISI SURABAYA

TIME ACCELERATION ALTERNATIVE EFFECT COMPLETING THE PROJECT OF SURAMADU BRIDGE FROM SURAMADU SIDE

Description:

Along with the lateness of a project in completion, because of that, the planing and the acceleration is one of the best solutions. This Last Project discuss about how to accelerate the work realization of Suramadu Bridge Underpass from Surabaya Side. To contend this, we need time acceleration alternative. Before doing the network compression activity on the critical track, we first need to know the cost slope of each activities of the project. Cost slope can be counted with this formula : Cost Slope : Crash . Cost Normal . Cost Next, we do the network compression activity by choosing the activity which has the lowest cost slope on the critical track. After the first step of the compression, there would be a change in the network activity. From the new network acitvity, we do the compression again on the activity which has the lowest cost slope on the critical track. This method is done continously until the network activity on the critical track reaches the surfeited condition, which means that there is no any possibility to decrease the time activity on the critical track. The purpose on doing this Last Project is to get the result in the form of time and expense from an analysis using the cost slope method and TCTO (Time Cost Tarde Off) method. The cost slope method is used on the activity acceleration per time unit on the critical track, while the TCTO (Time Cost Tarde Off) method is used to get the best combination between the time and expense. There are two alternative used : first is adding the working time (overtime work) and second is adding the amount of workers. The time acceleration by adding the working time or (1st Alternative) on the building structure work causes the decreasing of time relization into 77 days after the compression from the normal time 93 days, which also causes the increasing of the direct expense from. Rp.5.476.261.600,00 to Rp.5.764.972.471,11. Instead, the indirect expense decreases from Rp. 188.718.047,20 to Rp.156.551.808,6 which causes the total expense changes from Rp 5.664.979.647,20 to Rp. 5.921.524.279,77. The time acceleration by adding the amount of workers or (2nd Alternative) on the building structure work causes the decreasing of time realization into 66 days after the compression from the normal time 93 days, which also causes the increasing of the direct expense from Rp.5.476.261.600,00 to Rp.6.717.363.425,07. instead, the indirect expense decreases from Rp.188.718.047,20 to Rp.127.841.257,78 which causes the total expense changes from Rp. 5.664.979.647,20 to Rp.6.845.204.682,85
