PERENCANAAN SUDU KINCIR ANGIN DENGAN PROFIL AEROFOIL NACA OOO9

ABSTRAK

Pengembang sistem konversi energi angin penting untuk dikembangkan karena angin merupakan sumber energi yang tidak akan pernah habis dan terdapat dimana-mana selain itu tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif dan polusi terhadap lingkungan. Kincir angin merupakan salah satu pengembangan Sistem Konversi Energi Angin yang dapat digunakan untuk penggerak pompa air ataupun generator. Dengan menggunakan kincir angin sebagai alat dimana suatu kincir angin memegang peranan penting untuk mengkonversikan energi kinetik angin menjadi anergi mekanik pOrosmaka dari itu perlu dirancang suatu sudu kincir angin sebaik-baiknya dan sekiranya tidak sulit dalam pembuatannya. Dengan profil aerofil simetris yaitu dengan jenis aerofil NACA 009 pembuatan sudu kincir angin relative mudah. dengan aerofil NACA 0009 yang berjari-jari 1.2 meter chord 0.25 meter jumlah sudu 3 buah dan dengan sudut serang 12 dapat menghasilkan daya sebesar 12.4687 Watt yang mampu menggerakkan pompa yang mana pompa tersebut dapat menimbulkan air sebesar 0.002 m3s setinggi 0.4 meter.

System forr the conversion of the wind energy is so significant to develop As wind is one example of unexhaustible source of energv an is avaihle anywhere as it is inpollutive nor giving any negative impact t0 invorement. Wind will is one development system for the conversion wind energy. may the used power water pump or generator. With the lise wind will the blade is the principal item to convert the wind kinetic energy into axiaf mechanical motion there fore tHe need of best design of the wind blade whish simple enough to fabricate. Using the design symetrical aerofil profile ii.e Aerofit NACA 0009 its fabrication is sample. using teh design plan of NACA 0009 withradii 1.2 m chord 0.25 m blade system and angle ataact 4 the tones generator was 12.4687 watt. This power lift wastew by 0.4 m at 0.002 m3s by using standart water pump.
