Description:

Salah satu bagian penting dari pembuatan rencana umum adalah penentuan tata letak ruang akomodasi. Selama ini penentuan tata letak akomodasi dilakukan dengan cara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman atau kapal pembanding yang ada dengan mempertimbangkan peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku. Sehingga hasil perencanaan sangat tergantung dari selera perencana dan kapal pembanding yang ada. Tata letak akomodasi yang efisien bisa didapatkan dengan menggunakan teori-teori perencanaan tata letak sirkulasi crew ruang akomodasi, yaitu dengan meminimumkan lalu lintas dalam gang way. Faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam penyusunan tata letak akomodasi adalah adanya constraints (batasanbatasan) berupa sistem perpipaan air kotor yang menghubungkan toilet dan WC yang ada pada tiap-tiap geladak, tangga serta engine casing. Dengan batasan tersebut, diharapkan tata letak ruang akomodasi yang dihasilkan nantinya seefisien mungkin, mudah dibangun dan direparasi. Optimasi yang dilakukan dalam Tugas Akhir adalah dengan mengkombinasikan seluruh ruangan yang ada pada rencana umum tersebut, pada masing-masing geladak. Permasalahan yang ada pada metode ini, semakin banyak ruang yang ada pada suatu geladak, maka kombinasi yang harus dilakukan semakin banyak pula. Sehingga dibutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama jika harus dilakukan secara manual. Karena permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu program untuk membantu proses pengkombinasian ruangan. Pengoptimasian tata letak akomodasi dalam Tugas Akhir ini didapatkan dengan meminimalkan sirkulasi di atas geladak. Data yang diperlukan untuk proses tersebut adalah data sirkulasi crew dan jarak perpindahan dari sirkulasi tersebut. Penjumlahan dari perkalian antara data sirkulasi dengan data jarak, adalah harga yang diminimalkan. Hasil optimasi yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan beberapa alternatif tata letak akomodasi yang lebih baik dari desain awal, pada kapal yang dianalisis. Hasil optimasi pada Main deck didapatkan peningkatan efektifitas sebesar 16.21%, pada boat deck didapatkan peningkatan efektifitas sebesar 11.836418 %, pada crews deck didapatkan desain yang sama, pada officer's deck didapatkan peningkatan efektifitas sebesar 8.40% dan pada captain's deck didapatkan peningkatan efektifitas sebesar 4.12% dan pada bridge deck didapatkan tata letak yang sama dengan desain awalnya.

One of the most important thing from designing of General Arrangement is the decision of accomodation room lay out. All this time the decision of accomdation room lay out is being done conventionally base on experience or commparison ship tha exist by using the rules available. So the design is always depends on the designer taste's and comparisson ships that exist. Accomodation lay out which is efficien can be gained by using accomodation room crew circulation lay out design theory, which is by minimizing traffic in gang way. Factors that has to be observe in arranging accomodation lay out is by constraints whish is sewage system that connect toilet and WC in each deck, stairs and also engine casing. With those constraints it is expected that accomodation room lay out will result in as posible, easy to built and repaired. Optimization that is done in this final project is by combaining all rooms available on the general arrangement, each deck. Problems that resolve in this methode, the more rooms in one deck for example, so the more combination that has to be done. It is than needed along time if has to be done manually. Because of that problem, we than need a program to help room combination process. The optimization of accomodation lay out on this final project is obtain by mionimizing circulation above deck. Data needed fo this process is crew circulation data and moving distance from that circulation. The sum of multiplying between circulation data and distance data, is the value that ha to be minimized. The optimization has been done, we than get a vew alternatife of accomodation lay out whish is better than the early design, on the ship that we analyse. Optimization result on main deck, we than get effectivity improvement at 16.21%, on boat deck we get effectivity improvement at 11.83%, on crew's deck we get the same design, on officer's deck we get effectivity improvement at 8.40%, and on captain's deck we get effectivity improvement at 4.12% and on bridge deck we get the same lay out with the earlier design.
