Description:

Klasifikasi Rumah Sakit Islam Aisyiyah Malang adalah rumah sakit dengan tipe C, yang berfungsi memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal terhadap masyarakat malang. Rumah Sakit merupakan tempat berkumpulnya berbagai macam penyakit selain sebagai tempat untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dari penyakit yang dialami oleh masyarakat. Perencanaan sistem plambing sangat diperlukan dalam pembangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi. Sistem ini bekerja menyediakan air bersih dan panas dan membuang air buangan dan air kotor ketempat tujuan tanpa mencemari bagaian terpenting dalam bangunan. Sistem plambing yang dirancang harus berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan fungsinya. sehingga memberikan kenyamanan kepada penghuni. Pada sistem air dingin dan air panas harus dapat mencapai daerah distribusi dengan tekanan dan kuantitas yang cukup dan tidak berubah kualitasnya. Maka sistem penyediaan air bersih dan air panas yang diterapkan adalah sistem tangki atap (rooftank) dengan pengaliran secara gravitasi, dan sistem bertekanan (pompa Booster) pada 3 lantai gedung teratas. Tangki air atas dipergunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air dingin pada jam puncak pemakaian. Tangki atas bekerja secara otomatis dengan bantuan kontrol berupa WLC (water level control) yang mengisi air dari tandon bawah pada saat air berada pada level minimum yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber untuk sistemini dipergunakan sumber dari PDAM dengan penambahan dari sumur dalam. Air yang berasal dari sumur dalam diolah terlebih dahulu dalam watertreament yang selanjutnya dipompakan ke Roof Tank bersama-sama dengan air dari PDAM. Sedangkan sistem instalasi air panas RSI Aisyiyah mengunakan sistem terpusat dengan mengunakan pemanas solar kollector, kemudian ditampung dalam sebuah tangki penyimpanan air panas. Pendistribusian air dingin dan air panas mengunakan sistem downfeed dengan pipa pembagi diatas langit-langit lantai teratas. Sedangkan shaft sebagai tempat untuk mendistribusikan air bersih dan air panas kesetiap alat plambing yang berada dimasing– masing ruangan. Untuk air panas dimbah dengan pompa sirkulasi yang dipergunakan untuk menjaga temperature air yang berada didalam pipa,sehingga kehilangan panas dalam pipa menjadi lebih kecil. Untuk dapat memenuhi sistem plambing seperti disebutkan di atas, maka diperlukan perancangan dan perhitungan yang benar terhadap sistem yang akan dipasang seperti diameter pipa, kehilangan tekanan, tekanan yang dibutuhkan untuk pemompaan, kebutuhan air dan kapasitas – kapasitas lainnya.

Classification Hospital Islamic Aisyiyah Malang is hospital with type C, which function give maximal service for malang society. Hospitals is represent place gather assorted of disease besides as place to obtain except fist get service of health of natural disease by society. Design of plumbing system is very needed in development of high storey building. This system work to provide hot and cold water and pass dirty water and discard to location without contaminating part of primal in building. Plant of plumbing system must be good running and agree with the function. Until given a comfortable to occupant. In cold water and hot water system must reach out for distribution area with enough pressure quantity and become different quality. So supplying system of cold water and hot water application is roof tank with gravitation and booster system flow at tree floor on top building. Roof tank use for the request of cold water needed in peak hour consumption. Roof tank work automatic with water level control system fill up water from ground tank when the water reside in at level minimum which have been specified. Source for this system is utilized the source of PDAM with addition of deep well. The water from deep well must be prosess in watertreament beforehand is later on pumped to roof tank together with water from PDAM. Is while hot water installation system RSI Aisiyah use central system with solar collector water heater, is then accomodated in a hot water storage tank. Distribution of cold and hot water use downfeed system with divided main pipe in the top of floor. Shaf t is the place for distribution of cold and hot water to each appliance plumbing in each room. Hot water addition with circulation pumps witch function for keep the water temperature on the pipe. So head loss hot in pipe be least. To be able to fulfill the plumbing system be like mentioned above, then needed a right planning and calculation to system to be attached be like pipe diameter, losing of pressure, required pressure for the pumping, capacities and amount of water required - other capacities.
