PENGARUH KONDISI JALAN TERHADAP JUMLAH KECELAKAAN LALU-LINTAS PADA JALAN NASIONAL DAN JALAN PROPINSI DI PROPINSI BALI

ABSTRAK

Mengingat Jalan Nasional dan Jalan Propinsi di Propinsi Bali memiliki peran yang cukup besar bagi perkembangan berbagai sektor terutama sektor pariwisata dan budaya dan pemerataan hasil-hasil pembangunan maka diharapkan ruas-ruas jalan Nasional dan ruas-ruas jalan Propinsi tersebut merupakan prasarana yang aman dan nyaman sampai di tujuan untuk dilalui. Untuk itu perlu ditinjau pengaruh kondisi ruas-ruas jalan Nasional dan kondisi ruas-ruas jalan Propinsi yaitu kondisi perkerasan jalan dan Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-Rata LHR terhadap jumlah kecelakaan lalu-lintas. Selain itu diprediksi antara luas kerusakan perkerasan dalam kondisi rusak ringan terhadap biaya pemeliharaan perkerasan jalan dengan menggunakan buras maupun patching Analisis Regresi Ganda digunakan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh perkerasan jalan dalam kondisi baik rusak ringan dan rusak serta Lalu-Lintas Harian Rata-Rata LHR terhadap jumlah kecelakaan lalu-lintas yang terjadi. Sedangkan untuk memprediksi antara luas kerusakan perkerasan dalam kondisi rusak ringan terhadap biaya pemeliharaan perkerasan jalan dengan menggunakan buras maupun patching digunakan Analisis Regresi Tunggal. Perhitungan Analisis Regresi Ganda dan Analisis Regresi Tunggal diselesaikan dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution SPSS. Berdasarkan Analisis tersebut pada jalan Nasional diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut pengaruh kondisi perkerasan jalan dan Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-Rata LHR terhadap jumlah kecelakaan lalu-lintas 5075 masing - masing memberi pengaruh yaitu LHR 46 kondisi rusak ringan 42 kondisi baik 41 dan kondisi rusak 35. Setiap adanya penambahan satu satuan luas kerusakan maka akan ada kenaikan biaya pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan buras sebesar Rp 5.198 dan biaya pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan patching sebesar Rp 32.254. Berdasarkan Analisis tersebut pada jalan Propinsi diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut pengaruh kondisi perkerasan jalan dan Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-Rata LHR terhadap jumlah kecelakaan lalu-lintas 75.27 masing - masing memberi pengaruh yaitu kondisi rusak ringan 53 LHR 51 kondisi baik 49 dan kondisi rusak 30. Setiap adanya penambahan satu saluan luas kerusakan maka akan ada kenaikan biaya pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan buras sebesar Rp 5.914 dan biaya pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan patching sebesar Rp 36.698.


ABSTRACT

To remaind National street and Province street at Province of Bali have a biog role for any sectors development especially tourism and culture sector and development average produce. Hopefully part of National street ang Province steer as for peace full and comfortable of means until the direction. For this we need to look up the influence condition of part National street and Province street there are hardening condition of road and average daily traffic LHR to number of traffic accident besides that we need to predict the influence condition of road in slightly damage condition to cost of maintenance of road with use buras and patching. Multiple regression analysis was used to know how big the influence hardening of road at good condition slightly damage and damage also average daily traffic LHR to number of traffic accident happened. While to know how to predict of road in slightly damage condition to cost of maintenance of road with use buras and patching was used linier regression analysis. Calculation of multiple regression and linier regression analysis was finished with using statistical product and service solution SPSS. Based on analysis above got result at National street as influence hardening condition of road and average daily traffic LHR to number of traffic accident 5075 each one given influence LHR 46 slightly damage condition 42 good condition 41 and damage condition 35. Every to add one vast road in slightly damage condition to cost of maintenance of road to go higher up with buras Rp 5.198 and to cost of maintenance of road to go higher up with patching Rp 32.254. Based on analysis above got result at Province street as influence hardening condition of road and average daily traffic LHR to number of traffic accident 7527 each one given influence slightly damage condition 53 LHR 51 good condition 49 and damage condition 30. Every to add one vast road in slightly damage condition to cost of maintenance of road to go higher up with buras Rp 5.914 and to cost of maintenance of road to go higher up with patching Rp 36.698
