ABSTRAK

Studi mengenai reuse berkembang mengiringi adopsi konsep sustainable development dalam ranah sistem manufaktur. Beberapa penelitian terakhir mengkaji reuse dari lingkup produk peluang bisnis strategi dan pangsa pasar. Namun demikian belum ditemukan penelitian yang mengulas tentang perilaku konsumen terhadap produk reuse. Strategi penggunaan kembali reuse komponen ataupun sub-sistem dari suatu produk lama menjadi strategi yang dinilai paling efektif dan efisien walaupun ada beberapa permasalahan dalam implementasinya. Dari sisi konsumen umumnya sebagian besar konsumen melihat reuse product memiliki kualitas kurang atau menjadi produk dengan kualitas kelas dua. Padahal strategi reuse memiliki konsep as good as new yang mestinya dapat menarik minat konsumen terhadap reuse namun tidak demikian adanya. Sedangkan keberhasilan strategi reuse sangat tergantung pada penerimaan pasar terhadap produk reuse. Penerimaan pasar ini dibentuk oleh penerimaan konsumen perilaku dan perspektif konsumen terhadap produk reuse. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling SEM berbasis software LISREL 8.80 penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis yang menggambarkan hubungan consumer acceptance terhadap produk reuse melalui kajian faktor yang berpengaruh. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis untuk dua kategori responden yaitu responden tidak tahu produk reuse dan responden tahu produk reuse menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti produk reuse yang tidak mudah rusak kesesuian harga produk reuse dengan kualitasnya adanya penggantian komponen rusak ketersediaan fasilitas maintenanceservice center dan inovasi pada produk reuse menjadi pertimbangan responden dalam menerima produk reuse.


ABSTRACT

Studies on reuse accompany the concept adoption of sustainable development in the domain of manufacturing systems. Some recent research of reused built on the scope of products business opportunities strategies and market share. However research review has not found any research about consumer behavior on the reuse of products. Reuse strategies on sub-system or components of a product has been considered as the most effective and efficient strategies although there are some problems in implementation. From the consumer side most consumers usually saw that reuse product has less quality than new product or reused product has become second-class quality products. Whereas the reuse strategy has the concept of as good as new that should be able to attract consumers to reuse but not granted. While the success of its strategy is highly dependent on market acceptance of reused product. It was created by the market acceptance of consumer acceptance behavior and consumer perspectives on the reuse of products. By using Structural Equation Modeling SEM based on LISREL 8.80 software this study produced an analysis that describes the relationship of consumer acceptance of product reuse through the study of factors that effect. Analysis results for two kind of consumer involved which is consumer who know reused product and consumer which not know shows that factors effect on consumer acceptance towards reused product are unbroken easily reused product conformity price to quality part replacement facility maintenanceservice center facility and innovation on reused product.
