ABSTRAK

Industri berkelanjutan adalah industri yang dalam operasionalnya selalu melakukan perbaikan pada tiga bidang yaitu sosial ekonomi dan lingkungan. Pengelolaan di tiga bidang ini harus seimbang agar bisa mencapai keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada aspek pengelolaan lingkungan oleh industri dan untuk memudahkan industri dalam melakukan pengembangan berkelanjutan tersebut diperlukan suatu panduan yang menunjukkan tingkatan pencapaian pengelolaan lingkungan. Panduan yang dimaksud adalah suatu model kematangan Maturity Model. Perancangan Maturity Model dalam bidang pengelolaan lingkungan harus memiliki alur yang jelas sehingga memudahkan industri dalam melakukan aplikasi nantinya. Pada penelitian ini alur pengelolaan lingkungan akan mengacu pada sistem industri yang terdiri dari Sistem Manajemen Internal Perusahaan Input Proses Output Eksternalities dan Sistem Transfer. Sistem tersebut dinamakan kriteria. Dari kriteria yang ada kemudian dibuat sub kriteria dan indikator yang nantinya digunakan untuk membentuk level kematangan pengelolaan lingkungan oleh industri. Seluruh indikator yang ada dalam maturity model ini telah divalidasi oleh ahli di bidang lingkungan expert judgement. Untuk mengetahui apakah rancangan Maturity Model ini dapat diaplikasikan pada industri maka dilakukan pilot study pada 8 delapan industri makanan dan minuman di Surabaya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini nantinya adalah rancangan Maturity Model bidang pengelolaan lingkungan untuk industri manufaktur di Indonesia.


ABSTRACT

Sustainable industry is an industry that always make improvements in its operations in three areas namely social economic and environmental. Management in these three areas must be balanced in order to reach sustainability. This research focused on aspects of environment management by the industry and to facilitate industry in making sustainable development is needed a guide that shows the level of environmental achievement. Guide is meant is a model of maturity Maturity Model. Design Maturity Model in environmental management field should have a clear path to facilitate the industry in making the application later. In this study the flow of environmental management will refer to industrial system consisting of Systems Management Internal Company Input Process Output Eksternalities and Transfer System. The system is called a criterion. Of the existing criteria and then created sub criteria and indicators that will be used to establish the level of maturity of environmental management by industry. All the indicators are in the maturity model has been validated by experts in the field of environment expert judgment. To determine whether the design maturity model can be applied in industry the pilot study conducted in 8 eight food and beverage industry in Surabaya. Final results from this research is the design of Maturity Model in the environmental field for the manufacturing industry in Indonesia.
