ISOLATION BIFLAVONOID OF DICHLOROMETHANE FRACTION FROM THE STEM OF Garcinia picrorrhizaMiq. SESOOT

ABSTRAK

Senyawa biflavonoid 5724357412-nonahidroksi- 12-metilhidrofuran 23 38 biflavanon 1 titik leleh 229-230C dapat diisolasi dari fraksi diklorometana pada ekstrak etil asetat kayu batang Garcinia picrorrhiza Miq. Clusiaceae. Pemisahan senyawa dilakukan secara berturut-turut dengan maserasi dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan pelarut etil asetat fraksinasi dilakukan dengan metode kromatografi. Proses pemurnian dilakukan dengan kristalisasi menggunakan pelarut campuran diklorometana p.a etil asetat p.a dan n-heksana p.a. Penentuan struktur senyawa menggunakan data spektrum UV IR dan 1H dan 13C-NMR. Kata kunci


ABSTRACT

A biflavanoid 5724357412-nonahydroxy-12 methylhydrofuranone 23 38 biflavanone 1 with m.p. 229- 230C has been isolated from dichloromethane fraction of ethyl acetate extract from the stem of G. picrorrhiza Miq. Clusiaceae. The compound was isolated using maceration with ethyl acetate followed by fractination using chromatography method. The purefication has been done by crystalitation using mixture of solvents dichlromethane p.a. ethyl acetat p.a. and n-heksana p.a.
