STRUCTURE DESIGN OF KALI BAREK BRIDGEIN MALANG USING STEEL ARCH METHOD

ABSTRAK

Jembatan Kali Barek adalah salah satu jembatan yang terdapat di Kabupaten guna menghubungkan jalan Metaraman - Wonogoro sebagai akses utama dalam kegiatan perekonomian. Kondisi konstruksi jembatan Brantas lama sepanjang kurang lebih 120 dan lebar 13 m terbuat dari beton pratekan. Perencanaan ini dimulai dengan penjelasan latar belakang pemilihan tipe jembatan perumusan tujuan perencanaan hingga lingkup pembahasan dan diikuti dengan dasar-dasar perencanaan dimana analisa pembebanan didasarkan peraturan RSNI 2005. Jembatan Kali Barek ini akan direncanakan dengan sistem busur rangka baja dikarenakan system ini dapat digunakan. Jembatan tersebut akan direncanakan dengan satu bentang yang memiliki panjang bentang 120 m. Dengan desain untuk kondisi melintang yaitu lebar badan jalan 13 m tanpa median jalan jembatan juga di desain untuk pejalan kaki maka rotoar direncanakan selebar 2 x 1 m sepanjang jembatan. Dengan desain jembatan seperti yang telah dijelaskan diatas jembatan ini diharapkan mampu menerima beban beban yang terjadi begitu pula mampu menerima beban kendaraan berat. Jembatan ini dirancang dengan sistem profil rangka baja dikarenakan konstruksi busur baja dapat digunakan untuk bentang jembatan antara 60 250 meter. Serta dapat mengurangi momen lentur di lapangan akibat gaya aksial dan gaya normal pada jembatan sehingga penggunaan bahan menjadi lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan gelagar paralel. Selain itu juga jembatan busur dapat mengurangi kebutuhan pilar jembatan sehingga penampang basah sungai tidak terkurangi. Untuk struktur bangunan bawah direncanakan abutment kepala jembatan dengan pondasi tiang pancang sesuai perhitungan. Pada tanah yang kurang keras diperlukan abutment yang lebih besar untuk menahan gaya horizontal.


ABSTRACT

Kali Barek Bridge is one of the bridges located in the town of Malang to connect the Metaraman - Wonogoro street with veterans as the main access road to economic activity. The Conditions of old Kali Barek Bridge construction along approximately 120 m using a temporary steel structure using a shoter span prestressed concrete Planning begins with an explanation of the background of the bridge type selection formulation of planninf objectives to the scope of the discussion and followed wtih a basethe basis of planning which are based on imposition of regulatory analysis RSNI 2005. The Kali Barek bridges would be planned with the steel arch system because this system can be used where the bridge will be planned with a span of 120 m long spans. With designs for conditions across the width of the road without a median 13 m of roads bridges also designed for pedestrians then trotoar planned width 2 x 1 m along the bridge. With the design of the bridge as described above the bridge is expected to accept the burden of expenses incurred as well as be able to accept the burden of heavy vehicles. The bridge was designed by the system due to the profile frame box construction steel arch bridge spans because it can be used for between 60 - 250 meters. And it can reduce the bending moment on the field due to axial force and normal force on the bridge so the use of the material to be more efficient than parallel girder. In addition the arch of bridge can reduce the need for cross-pillar bridge so wet river reduced. For the planned abutment structures bridge head with pile foundation appropriate calculations. On land that is less harsh required larger abutment to resist horizontal force.
