PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF LYN H2P ROUTE WONOKROMO BUNGURASIH SURABAYA EAST JAVA

ABSTRAK

Kota Surabaya memiliki tingkat kepadatan tinggi dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup pesat sehingga dibutuhkan pelayanan transportasi salah satunya adalah Lyn H2P yang melewati 11 Kelurahan dimana terdapat banyak daerah bangkitan dan tarikan. Pada Lyn H2P sistem pemberangkatannya diatur sendiri oleh para sopir tidak mempunyai jadwal yang tetap dan waktu tempuh yang lama sehingga muncul beberapa keluhan dari penumpang yang mendasari judul proyek akhir ini. Untuk menunjang evaluasi kinerja ini dilakukan survey naik turun penumpang dengan mencatat naik turun penumpang angkutan kota survey occupancy pada lokasi tertentu dengan mencatat jumlah kendaraan angkutan kota dan jumlah penumpang yang lewat pukul 06.00 - 18.00 dengan pembagian kuisioner mengenai kepuasan penumpang terhadap kenyataan yang didapat. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kinerja lyn H2P didapatkan kebutuhan masyarakat terbesar tahun 2013 yaitu 48 penumpang per hari pada Kelurahan Pagesangan yang terkecil 4 penumpang per hari pada Kelurahan Jagir. Pada 2018 yang terbesar 64 penumpang di Kelurahan Gayungan yang terkecil 8 penumpang di Kelurahan Jagir. Jumlah kebutuhan armada lyn H2P tahun 2013 berkisar antara 7 9 kendaraan serta tahun 2018 antara 9 14 kendaraan. Sedangkan dari hasil kuisioner diperoleh Customer Satisfaction Index CSI ebesar 0682 masuk dalam kriteria kepuasan pelanggan 066 080 Puas.


ABSTRACT

Surabaya city has high density level and rapid population growth so it needs transportation services one of them is Lyn H2P urban transportion that passes 11 vilages where there are many generating and pulling areas. On Lyn H2P the departure system is arranged by the drivers theirselves doesnt have fixed schedule and has long duration of distance that make some complaints of the passengers and become the basis of this final project title. To support this operation evaluation passenger pick up and drop offs survey is done by recording the pick up and drop off of the urban transportions passengers occupancy survey on a certain location by recording the amount of the urban transportion and the amount of the passengers that pass from 6 am until 6 pm by distributing questionnaire about the passengers satisfaction related to the obtained reality. Based on operation evaluation result of Lyn H2P it obtained that the most society demand in 2013 is 48 passengers per day on Kelurahan Pagesangan while the smallest is 4 passengers per day on Kelurahan Jagir. In 2018 the most demand is 64 passengers on Kelurahan Gayungan while the smallest is 8 passengers on Kelurahan Jagir. The demand amount of lyn H2P fleet in 2013 reaches about 7 - 9 vehicles and in 2018 about 9 - 14 vehicles. Based on the questionnaires result Customer Satisfaction Index CSI that is obtained is 0682 where the customers satisfaction includes the satisfying criteria 066 080 Satisfied.
