PERENCANAAN STRUKTUR JEMBATAN SUMBER SARI KUTAI BARAT KALIMANTAN TIMUR DENGAN SISTEM BUSUR BAJA

DESIGN OF SUMBER SARI BRIDGE AT WEST KUTAI EAST KALIMANTAN USING STEEL ARCH SYSTEM

ABSTRAK

Penyusunan proyek akhir ini menggunakan obyek Jembatan Sumber Sari yang terletak di Kutai Barat Kalimantan Timur. Perencanaan dan perhitungan dibatasi pada struktur jembatan dan pondasi yaitu meliputi bangunan atas jembatan abutment dan bangunan bawah jembatan yaitu pondasi. Perhitungan-perhitungan yang dilakukan dalam proyek akhir ini mengacu pada peraturan yang ada pada SNI 03-2847-2002 tentang perhitungan struktur beton RSNI T-02 2005 RSNI T-03-2005 BMS 1992 BDM dan PPTJ dan AISC-LRFD. Sedangkan analisa struktur dipakai program SAP 2000. Dari data yang ada jembatan Sumber Sari memiliki bentang 82 m dengan 2 lajur kendaraan masing-masing selebar 4 m. Kemudian dilakukan preliminary design dengan menentukan dimensi-dimensi jembatannya. Tahap awal perencanaan adalah perencanaan bangunan atas yang terdiri dari lantai kendaraan dan trotoar gelagar memanjang dan gelagar melintang kemudian konstruksi pemikul utama. Analisa dengan menggunakan program SAP 2000 dilakukan setelah dketahui beban beban yang bekerja pada konstruksi tersebut untuk mendapatkan gaya gaya dalam yang bekerja khususnya untuk konstruksi pemikul utama dan konstruksi sekundernya. Setelah gaya gaya tersebut diketahui besarnya maka dilakukan perhitungan kontrol tegangan dan perhitungan sambungan. ABSTRACT

Arranging this final project used an object of Sumber Sari bridge which is located on West Kutai East Kalimantan. The planning and the counting is limited to the structure of the bridge and the foundation which includes the upper-bridge building abutment and lower-bridge building which is foundation. The calcuations done on this final project refer to the rule on SNI 03-2847-2002 about concrete structure calculation RSNI T-02 2005 RSNI T-03-2005 BMS 1992 BDM and PPTJ and AISC-LRFD. Meanwhile the structure analysis used is SAP 2000 program. From the data existed Sumber Sari bridge has 82 m length and 2 vehicles way which width 4 meters each. Afterwards a preliminary design is done by determining the bridge dimention. The first step of planning is planning the upper-building which contains the vehicles floor and the sidewalk longitudinal girder and transversal girder and the main bearer construction. The analysis by using SAP program is used after the loads working for the load is known are known to gain the internal working forces therefore a voltage control calculation and a connection calculation. For the lower-building an abutment is planned a bridge head with a piling fondation in accordance to the calculation.
