DESIGN OF AIRSIDE DEVELOPMENT OF JUANDA INTERNASIONAL AIRPORT

ABSTRAK

Bandara Internasional Juanda Surabaya mengalami peningkatan kebutuhan akan angkutan udara setiap tahunnya dimana kapasitas sudah tidak memadai. Sehingga perlu dilakukan salah satu pengkajian adalah pengembangan airsidesisi udara bandara Juanda yang direncanakan pada sisi Timur Bandara sesuai Master Plan Bandara Internasional Juanda pada tahun 2012. Perhitungan rencana pengembangan sisi udara untuk 20 tahun ke depan tahun 2032 menggunakan metode FAA Federal Aviation Administration baik perhitungan geometrik maupun tebal perkerasan. Data Primer CBR tanah dasar didapat dari pengambilan sample tanah pada wilayah sisi Timur pengembangan bandara sedangkan untuk data sekunder didapat dari Kantor Otoritas Bandara Internasional Juanda dan PT. Angkasapura I. Berdasarkan perhitungan didapatkan panjang dan lebar Runway adalah 3.000 m x 45 m dengan bahu landasan juga Stopway sebesar 60 m x 45 m RESARunway End Safety Area dimensi 90 m. Lebar Taxiway total adalah 38 m dengan lebar bahu 10 m setiap sisi nya. Sedangkan letak Exit Taxiway sudut 30 1.844 m dan sudut 90 2.149 m. Untuk luas Apron 237.604 m. Tebal perkerasan total Flexible pavement untuk Runway Taxiway dan Exit Taxiway pada area kritis sebesar 134 cm area non kritis sebesar 119 cm. Tebal perkerasan rigid pavement untuk Apron didapatkan tebal surface 44 cm dan tebal subbase 18 cm


ABSTRACT

Surabaya Juanda International Airport has increased the need for air freight each year which had insufficient capacity. So we need one assessment is the development of airside air side Juanda airport planned at the East side of Airport Master Plan in accordance Juanda International Airport in 2012 . Calculation of the air side development plan for the next 20 years by 2032 using the FAA Federal Aviation Administration both geometric and pavement thickness calculation . Subgrade CBR Primary data obtained from soil sampling on the East side of the airport development area while for the secondary data obtained from the Office of Juanda International Airport Authority and PT. Angkasapura I. Based on the calculation the length and width of the runway is 3000 mx 45 m with a runway shoulders also Stopway of 60 mx 45 m 90 m RESA Runway End Safety Area dimensions . Taxiway total width is 38 m by 10 m wide shoulders each side of it . While the location of Exit Taxiway angle of 30 1844 m and an angle of 90 2149 m . For extensive Apron 237 604 m . Total pavement thickness Flexible pavement for Runway Taxiway and Exit Taxiway at the critical area of 134 cm noncritical area of 119 cm. Pavement thickness for Rigid pavement thickness obtained Apron surface 44 cm and subbase thickness 18 cm.
