MODIFICATION OF STEEL RAIL BRIDGE STRUCTURE PORONG RIVER SIDOARJO EAST JAVA WITH ARC SYSTEM

ABSTRAK

Jembatan kereta Api Sungai Porong Adalah jembtan penghubung arus kereta Api dengan satu track atau untuk satu kereta Api. Jembatan ini dilewati oleh kereta minyak selain kereta penumpang dan lokomotif. Jembatan ini adalah jalur utama yang menghubungkian antara kab. Pasurun- Sidoarjo dan begitu sebaliknya. Untuk memperlancar perjalanan kereta api maka dengan data tanah SPT di porong. Data ketinggian air data profil sungai dan data gambar dari data tersebut saya bisa mengambil tugas akhir dengan modifikasi yang awalnya dari jembtan rangka batang menjadi busur rangka baja. Perencanaan struktur jembatan ini didesign untuk kereta Api yang melewati jembatan tersebut yaitu tipe kereta api penumpang atau lokomotif. Berdasarkan buku Standar Teknis Kereta Api IndonesiaUntuk Struktur Jembatan Baja Skema Pembebanan sudah diatur sedemikian rupa. Untuk struktur atas menggunakan rangka baja profil penggantung menggunakan profil WF profil ikatan anginmenggunakan profil siku. Perletakan disini menggunakan sendi-roll Untuk struktur bawah jembatan ini ada abutment menggunakan tiang pancang baja. Dalam perencanaan struktur jembatan baja ini sistem struktur dianalisis menggunakan program SAP 2000 dengan model tiga dimensi dan setelah mengetahui gaya-gaya dalam yang terjadi maka perlu pengecekan terhadap stabilitas struktur


ABSTRACT

Porong River railway bridge is the bridge that connecting the flow of train with one lane train or one train. Bridge is skipped by the oil and car passenger cars and locomotives. For the structure using steel framing mounting profile WF profiles wind profiles using profile elbow tie. Laying here using roll-joints to the structure of the bridge is no abutment using steel piling. In planning this steel bridge structures structural systems analyzed using the SAP 2000 with the three-dimensional model and after learning styles in which case it should be checked for structural stability.
