ESTIMATION THE TIME AND COST PASSENGER PIER CONSTRUCTION PORTS ATAPUPU EAST NUSA TENGGARA

ABSTRAK

Pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi proyek pembangunan dermaga penumpang pelabuhan atapupu terdiri dari trestle panjang 100 m lebar 6 m dan dermaga panjang 70 m dengan lebar 8 m diperlukan perencanaan metode pelaksanaan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja dari peralatan konstruksi agar dicapai suatu proyek dengan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan yang optimal. Pada pengerjaan proyek akhir ini kami mencoba untuk menghitung atau mengestimasi pembangunan dermaga penumpang pelabuhan atapupu yang rencananya akan dibangun pada awal tahun 2014. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisa proyek akhir ini pembangunan dermaga penumpang pelabuhan atapupu dapat diselesaikan selama 122 hari dan membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 32.561.451.021-


ABSTRACT

On the implementation of construction projects passenger pier construction atapupu port consists of trestle length 100 m width 86 m dock length 70 m width 8 m required planning implementation methods to maximize the performance of construction equipment in order to achieve a project with cost and time of implementation of the optimal. At the end of the project we try to calculate or estimate the construction dock gresik liquid bulk port is planned to be built in the beginning of 2014. Based on the analysis of this final project the passenger pier construction atapupu port be completed for 122 days and requires a fee of Rp. 32.561.451.021-
