CRUDE OIL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING WITH MODE SUBSEA PIPELINE OPERATOR OF PT. PERTAMINA HULU ENERGI OFFSHORE NORTH WEST JAVA

ABSTRAK

Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahap awal perencanaan offshore pipeline yang meliputi analisis pressure drop dan pola aliran Wall thickness nominal yang dibutuhkan ketebalan Concrete Coating yang dibutuhkan agar dapat melawan lifting force jumlah anoda yang dibutuhkan agar dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya korosi eksternal selama masa layan pipa. Dari hasil permodelan yang dibantu dengan PIPESIM didapatkan pressure drop sebesar 29.18 psia untuk case max gas dan 6.815 psia untuk max liquid dengan pola aliran turbulen. Pada analisis wall thickness didapatkan ketebalan 12.75 mm Untuk analisis on bottom stability ketebalan concrete coating yang diperoleh 38 mm mampu menjaga stabilitas pipa baik stabilitas vertical maupun lateral. Agar pipa dapat terhindar dari korosi dibutuhkan anoda sebanyak 42 Ea. Pemodelan interface spool dan pipeline dengan menggunakan AUTOPIPE memperlihatkan bahwa tegangan yang terjadi pada pipa masih dalam batas ijin dan mampu menahan semua beban yang terjadi pada pipa tersebut


ABSTRACT

This final project aims to determine how the initial planning phase offshore pipeline that includes the analysis of pressure drop and flow pattern Wall nominal thickness required Concrete Coating thickness is needed in order to fight the lifting force the number of anodes needed in order to reduce the risk of external corrosion during pipe service life. From the modeling results obtained PIPESIM assisted at 29.18 psia pressure drop for the case of max gas and 6815 psia to max liquid with a turbulent flow pattern. In the analysis of wall thickness of 12.75 mm thickness obtained. On the bottom for stability analysis of concrete coating thickness obtained 38 mm pipe is able to maintain stability both vertical and lateral stability. In order to avoid pipeline corrosion anodes needed as much as 42 Ea. Spool and pipeline modeling interface using AUTOPIPE shows that the voltage that occurs in the pipe is still in the permit limits and able to withstand all the expenses incurred on the pipe
