STABILITY ANALYSIS PIPELINE CROSSING AMONG PETRONASS TRUNK LINE WITH KODECO ENERGYS EXISTING LINE

ABSTRAK

Crossing Pipeline merupakan kondisi dimana terdapat lebih dari satu jalur pipa yang saling bersilangan dan berdekatan secara vertikal. Kondisi ini dapat diatasi dengan perancangan rute ulang atau dengan mendirikan support sesuai dengan kebutuhan seperti grout mattress sand bags concrete support dan mechanical support untuk menjaga jarak aman vertikal clearance pipa dengan pipa lain minimal 0.3m DNV OS-F101 Submarine Pipeline System. DNV Det Norske Veritas melakukan pembaharuan terhadap standar code DNV RP E305 On-bottom Stability Design of Submarine Pipeline 1988 dengan code DNV RP F109 On-Bottom Stability Design of Submarine Pipeline 2007. Studi kasus yang dipakai adalah 12 gas export pipeline milik Petronas dari Bukit Tua Field menuju Onshore Recieving Facilities ORF di Gresik. Dari hasil analisa stabilitas pipa baik lateral maupun vertikal memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan oleh code yaitu angka stabilitas vertikal dan lateral tidak melebihi 11. Analisa terhadap support dilakukan dengan menambah kedalaman tanam. Semakin dalam penetrasi support ke tanah semakin baik daya dukung tanah dan juga dalam melawan pembebanan luar seperti sliding dan overturning. Dari desain diketahui bahwa jarak clearance antar pipa adalah 04261 m dimana sejauh 01022 mm akan terlampaui jarak minimal clearance 03m yang diisyaratkan pada tahun ke-3 operasi. Perlu dicatat penurunan settlement setelah kondisi hydrotest sebesar 15198 mm maka perlu adanya rektifikasi sebelum dan sesudah kondisi tersebut untuk menjaga clearance antar pipa tetap pada kondisi aman sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.


ABSTRACT

Crossing Pipeline is a condition in which there is more than one pipeline which crosses each other and close together vertically. This condition can be overcome by designing a route or by establishing support according to your needs such as grout mattress sand bags concrete support and mechanical support to maintain a safe distance clearance vertical pipe with another pipe of at least 0.3 m DNV-OS-F101 Submarine Pipeline System. DNV Det Norske Veritas perform updates DNV RP E305 On-bottom Stability Design of Submarine Pipeline code 1988 with DNV RP F109 On-Bottom Stability Design of Submarine Pipeline 2007. The case studies used is 12 gas export pipeline owned by Petronas from Bukit Tua Field to Recieving Onshore Facilities ORF in Gresik. Stability analysis of the results of both vertical and lateral pipe meets the criteria specified by the code of the vertical and lateral stability did not exceed 1.1. Analysis on the support is done by adding depth of planting. The deeper the penetration into the soil support the better carrying capacity of the land and also in the fight against the imposition of such outside a sliding and overturning. It is known that the design of the clearance distance between pipes is 04261 m where 01022 will be exceeded as far as minimum distance mm clearance 0 3 m which is hinted at in the 3rd year of operation. It is worth noting a settlement after hydrotest conditions amounted to 15198 mm then the need for rectification before and after these conditions to maintain clearance between the pipe remains in secure conditions according to the regulations.
