DESIGN OF BERTHING FACILITY STRUCTURE AND TRESTLE AT BAGENDANG SAMPIT PORTCENTRAL KALIMANTAN

ABSTRAK

Pelabuhan multipurpose Bagendang terletak di kabupaten Bagendang Sampit Kalimantan Tengah. Struktur fasilitas tambat Pelabuhan Bagendang di desain sebagai pengembangan dari Pelabuhan Sampit untuk memperlancar pendistribusian barang lewat transportasi laut. Dalam proyek akhir ini fasilitas tambat tersebut direncanakan untuk kapal 5.000 DWT dengan komponen struktur terdiri atas dermaga moring dholpin dan jembatan penghubung. Perencanaan yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan tat letak dimensi dermaga dimensi jembatan penghubung dimensi elemen struktur pelat balok pile cap dan tiang pancang serta perencanaan gaya sandar dan tambat kapal fender dan bolder sesuai Standart Design Criteria for Port in Indonesia 1984. Pembebanan vertikal didesain sesuai BMS section 2 Bridge Loads dan Pembebanan gempa sesuai dengan RSNI Gempa untuk Jembatan 2013. Untuk perhitungan penulangan struktur atas plat lantai balok dan pile cap sesuai ketentuan SNI 03-2847-2002. Struktur atas dermaga Pelat Lantai Balok dan Pile Cap menggunakan beton bertulang cor di tempat dengan mutu beton fc 30 MPa. Sedangkan struktur bawah dermaga menggunakan SPP Steel Pile Pipe . Posisi pemasangan tiang pancang ini di rencakan sedemikian rupa agar mampu menahan gaya vertical dan horizontal. Dalam perencaan struktur dermaga ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SAP2000 dengan model tiga Dimensi. Dari hasil perencanaan di tetapkan dimensi dermaga 120m x 25m dimensi jembatan penghubung 60m x 7m dan dimensi mooring dolphin 3m x 3m. Hasil perencanaan struktur fasilitas tambat terdiri dari tebal plat dermaga 35cm dimensi balok crane 110cm x 220cm balok melintang100cm x 180xm balok memanjang 80cm x 160cmbalok anak 60cm x 90cm balok lisplank 60cm x 120cm dimensi pilecap tipe P1 250cm x 250cm x 200cm P2 400cm x 200cm x 150cmP3 200cm x200cmx 1500cm 150cm x 150cm x 100cm tiang pancang dermaga menggunakan SPP 1219mm t2540mm SPP 1219mm t1588mm SPP 1067mm t1905mm SPP 9144mm t1588mm. sedangkan pada jembatan penghubung tebal plat 30cm balok melintangmemanjang 80cm x 40xm balok anak 40cm x 60cm dimensi pilecap P5 150cm x 150cm x 100cm dan menggunakan tiang pancang SPP 6096mm t1588mm. Pada struktur sandar yang dipakai adalah fender tipe bridgestone DAA500H. sedangkan struktur tambat yang dipakai adalah bollard maritime MT30.Perencanaan turap menggunakan turap sheet pile concrete W-400-A-1000 panjang 10m.


ABSTRACT

Multipurposed port is located in Bagendang Sampit district of Central Kalimantan province. Bearting fasility structure of Bagendang port designed as development of Sampit port to make the distribution swift and detract cost of marine transportation. In this finally project pier as planning with 5.000 DWT of ship. With design structure position and dimension of pier trestle. The top of pier contruction Slab beam and Pile cap used concrete cast in situ with characteristic quality concrete fc 30 MPa. a while bottom of pier contruction used by steel pile pipe. Posistion installation of the steel pile pipe was designed such a way as to able resist vertical and horizontal force. In this case of design about construction of pier is analyzed using SAP2000 software with three dimension model. Reinforcement and contruction control stability cracking and deflection effect based by SNI 03-2847-2002 Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung. Obtained the result dimension of pier 120m x 25m. with 60m x 7m for trestle. A while dimension of mooring dolphin are 3m x 3m. Dimension of beam transverse and longitudinal pier are 100cm x 180cm beam of crane 110cm x 220cm secondary beam 60cm x 90cm with Steel Pile Pipe 1219mm t2540mm SPP 1219mm t1588mm SPP 1067mm t1905mm SPP 91440 t1588mm. while structure Dimension at trestle are used transverse and longitudinal beam 80cm x 40cm secondary beam 40cm x 60cm with SPP 6067mm t1588mm. Construction of fender used fender Bridgestone DA-A500H the bollard used maritime MT30. Design of retaining wall are used sheet pile concrete W-400-A-1000 lenght 10m.
