ABSTRAK

Gedung Rumah Susun Universitas Muhammaddiyah Sidoarjo merupakan bangunan bertingkat yang terdiri dari 4 lantai dengan panjang bangunan 664 m lebar 135 m dan tinggi 1592 m. Gedung ini direncanakan termasuk dalam zona gempa 3 yang menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah SRPMM. Peraturan yang digunakan adalah standar desain yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu SNI 03-1728-2002 SNI 03-2847-2002 SNI 03-1726-2002 PPIUG 1983 dan PBI 1971. Pada atap menggunakan struktur rangka baja rangka kaku dengan model atap pelana. Struktur primer gedung balok sloof dan kolom dan struktur sekunder pelat dan tangga menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Struktur bawah menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang. Hasil perencanaan struktur yang diperoleh berupa dimensi tangga dimensi struktur pelat balok kolom dan penulangannya. Pelat tangga dan tandon tebal 150 mm pelat lantai dan lantai kamar mandi tebal 120 mm menggunakan tulangan utama 870910. Dimensi balok induk 300400 dengan penulangan torsi 870910 penulangan lentur D19 dan penulangan geser 87098. Dimensi balok anak 200300 dengan penulangan lentur D19 dan penulangan geser 87098. Dimensi kolom 400400 dengan penulangan lentur D19 dan penulangan geser 87098. Untuk pondasi pile cap menggunakan tulangan pokok D19.


ABSTRACT

Muhammaddiyah University Flat Building Sidoarjo consists of four level with length 664 m wide 135 m and high 1592 m. The building is planned to include in the quake zone 3 by using intermediate moment resistant frame system SRPMM. Regulations used is applicable design standards in Indonesia SNI 03-1728-2002 SNI 03-2847-2002 SNI 03-1726-2002 PPIUG 1983 and PBI 1971. On the roof using steel frame structure rigid frame with a gable roof models. The primary structure building beams columns and sloof and secondary structure plate and ladder using reinforced concrete structures. Bottom structure using pile foundation. The results obtained in the form of structural design stair dimensions dimensional plate structures beams columns and reinforcement Thick of stairs and water reservoir plate 150 mm thick of floor plate and thick of bathroom floor plate 120 mm using the main reinforcement D10. Beam dimensions 300400 with torsion reinforcement 870910 flexural reinforcement D19 and shear reinforcement 87098. Joist dimensions 200300 with flexural reinforcement D19 and shear reinforcement 87098. Column dimensions 400400 with flexural reinforcement D19 and shear reinforcement 87098. For foundation pile cap using main reinforcement D19.
