PERENCANAAN RAMP SPIRAL PADA GEDUNG PARKIR BERTINGKAT

ABSTRAK

Ramp Spiral dengan luas bangunan sebesar 7065 m2 yang berada dalam wilyah zona gempa 2. Berdasarkan hasil Tes Sondir diketahui bahwa gedung dibangun diatas tanah dengan kondisi Keras. Perhitungan struktur menggunakan nmetode sistem rangka pemikul momen menengah yang mengacu pada SNI 1726 2012 Standar Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung. Karena bangunan masuk dalam kategori bangunan tidak beraturan maka perencanaan beban akibat gempa menggunakan metode analisis respon dinamik. Sedangkan pembebanan non gempa dapat disesuaikan dengan Peraturan Pembebanan Indonesia untuk Bangunan Gedung PPIUG 1983. Struktur sekunder berupa pelat yang dipikul struktur primer yaitu balok dan kolom. Struktur bawah terdiri dari sloof dan pie capdengan pondasi tiang pancang. Bahan utama penyusun struktur adalah beton bertulang dengan mengacu pada SNI 03 2847 2002 Tata Cara perhitungan Strjtur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung. Hasil dari perencanaan ulang ini adalah berupa gambar teknik terdiri dari gambar arsitektur gambar denah struktur dan gambar detail penulangan.


ABSTRACT

Ramp Spiral of building parking whose side arround 7065 meter square in Surabaya whom existing on erthquake zone number two. Sondir Test result known that it build at soft soil condition. The Structure Calculation using Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System Method and threat on Standar Nasional Indonesia SNI 1726 2012 Standarization of Earthquake Resisting Design for Building Structure. Because of it is an unregularly building thus the earthquake load design use Response Dynamic Analysis. However non earthquake load design is adapted from Indonesia Load Custom for Building Structure on 1983. The secondary structure like plate whom carried by the primary Structure such us Beam and Column. The bottom structure is Sloof and Pile cap and pole pillar as the fondation. The primary structure content is concrete with rebar whom threat on Standart Nasional Indonesia SNI 03 2847 2002 The Manner and customs of Structure Consideration for building Final result of redesign is like technical drawing such us architecture drawing Structure Map Drawing and Structure with Rebar Detailling Drawing.
